Save your self time with an Buzzuto managed company. High prices for poorly maintained establishments.

This review is long overdue, but after 10 years of living in this incredible building in Boca…read moreRaton, I finally felt compelled to share just how amazing this place truly is. Having lived in some of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan and San Francisco, including owning a property on Central Park West, I can confidently say that The Mark is the best place I've ever called home--and I love it more every time I sign a new lease. I was one of the original tenants when this building first opened, moving in with a one-bedroom. When my fiancé and I got engaged, he moved here from 101 Via Mizner, and we upgraded to a spacious three-bedroom together. Best decision we've ever made. People often ask us why we don't buy, but the truth is--why would we? We have everything we need right here--and then some. The management team, led by Jonathan, is absolutely outstanding. Jonathan and Bentley are more than just building staff--they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure that we're happy and well taken care of. I've encountered some truly awful building staff in my day, but they are the complete opposite: friendly, approachable, and fully committed to making this the best living experience possible. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I've never felt more at home. From routine requests to more complex issues, Jonathan and Bentley are always quick to respond--even on weekends, when high-maintenance tenants like me need something stat. The maintenance team--Alejandro and Alex--are absolute rock stars. They are always on top of things, addressing any issue that comes up with a level of professionalism and care that's hard to come by. A perfect example: when we had an AC issue, they didn't just fix the problem--they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was resolved to our exact specifications, and quickly, too. The level of service here is truly unparalleled. We also feel incredibly safe here, thanks to Lloyd at the front desk, who greets us with a smile every time we pass by and ensures that we're well taken care of. In today's world, where safety is paramount, it's so reassuring to have people looking out for us and making sure everything runs smoothly. As for the building itself--it's impeccable. Modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. The location couldn't be better--we're right in the heart of everything we love: bars, restaurants, gyms like Rumble and Spin District, plus nail and hair salons, Trader Joe's, and CVS, all within walking distance. At this point, we hardly drive anywhere. It's truly the epitome of convenience. So, to anyone wondering why we don't buy--honestly, why would we leave when we're so well taken care of? Renting here has been the best decision we could have made, and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and the absolute best management and maintenance team in Boca Raton, look no further. This building is hands down the best in town--and trust me, we know what's out there.

Highlight: I've lived here for a few months already and out of all the apartments I've hung with in…read morefriends places, I definitely consider this place one of the nicer apartment complexes. The venue feels new and is always maintained, you feel your rent matches the quality of the place you're staying, the people who live here are young professionals and tend to less party and wild, there is valet trash, awesome coffee (Starbucks) in the residential lounge, free printing and nice macs in the computer lounge, fun residential get togethers occasionally, secured parking garage, and the units feel clean/new. $1300 roughly for a studio- I think it's worth the investment if you want a nice place to live here in South florida. Some places in Boca charge higher prices but for lesser properties. I think this price I am paying is perfect for the kind of apartment Alta is. Apartment Units: The pro is that everything is marble top, modern coffee brown wood, and has a nice clean feel. You don't feel like you're moving into layers of gunk built on residues of past tenants. The air conditioning/heater is my only main problem- b/c the units are small and the air is fast/hard and strong, your room will be freezing cold for a short part of timeand then when the temperature hits set point, the apartment can get stale and stagnant- definitely true in the late fall time when the weather is still humid and gross outside but temperature isn't hot enough to move the air to turn on in the apartment. Maintenance: very on time, and you can put in work orders and expect them to take care of your request by the end of the day. There is valet trash and the property management keeps this place smelling nice (indoor hallways) and vacuumed and clean. Makes coming home everyday nice. People who live here- generally professionals, quiet folk, and people who have decent incomes. I lived in Boca Raton near Town Center and the crowd was questionable at times to where I didn't feel safe walking in the parking lot. I feel if I leave my door unlocked for a weekend, I wouldnt be worried about theft or people breaking in. Coffee- they have this nice Starbucks Coffee in their already nice residential lounge with TVs , movie theater area, and tables for people to hold meetings and play billiards while drinking coffee Swimming pool- it's a full 25 yards pool- enough so people can feel relaxed and lounge in it but also enough for athletes to swim laps for a full workout. Comfortable lounge chairs and never too noisy. There are also barbecue pits for people who want to do a cook out. There's a nice large dog park behind and also you're connected to the Delray Golf club from behind within walking distance. Parking- the garage makes one feel safe- Ive never locked my car before and I even park in guest parking downstairs without security and never feel worried about people breaking in or vandalizing my car Front desk- friendly people in the front. My fav is James, who is super chill and can help you with whatever concerns you have.

I paid a $100 application fee to apply for an apartment at Boca Winds Apartments, and I can state…read morethat I experienced discrimination during the application process. The first issue is that I did not receive any written documentation or official feedback regarding the background or screening check that the company claims to have conducted. When a fee is paid for a background check, it is standard practice for the applicant to receive some form of written result or explanation of what was reviewed. In this case, the company acted in an unprofessional manner by failing to clarify the methods used or provide any documentation. I have good credit, verified income from both my husband and myself, as well as savings in my bank account. Despite this, less than 24 hours after paying the application fee, the company informed me that they would not place the apartment on hold because I was allegedly not approved. I strongly believe that this decision was made without clear or fair criteria, and that it was based on a past criminal case involving my husband, which has been fully closed since 2024. Using a closed or dismissed court case as justification to deny housing is discriminatory, especially when the case was denied or closed for legal reasons. A resolved matter should not permanently prevent someone from securing a new place to live. Due to the lack of transparency, the absence of written documentation, and the apparent discriminatory criteria used, I strongly advise anyone considering applying to this condominium to carefully question their screening methods before paying any application fee, or to avoid applying altogether.

Very lovely property! Very impressive first impression and tour by Dianne Becca. Amazing that…read morethis property is several years old and still is very well kept! Dianne gave us a tour of the units of our interest, the amenities, and overall property. She did an amazing job and answered all of our questions in detail. She was very approachable, friendly, yet very professional and kind as she enthusiastically walked us around the property. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in sharing the details. We appreciated very much that when we shared that we were on a tight time schedule, she respected our time and kindly adjusted our tour, accordingly. We loved the units, and the gym was very nice! The units with water views were of particular interest and they did not disappoint, however, our price point was overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the far distance! These views were actually breathtaking! Having a front desk concierge is an added point for good security. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed to find out when we attempted to start the application process online, we did not see the lease option for 15 months or the offer for the 2 months free with 15 months. I am waiting to call to inquire with the leasing office to clarify this important matter. We hope this offer is still on the table or we will have to move on in search of a better fit for us. Lastly, when I called the property to followup, calls and emails were a delayed response. I assume that the leasing office is short staffed, which is the case with many properties. Overall, we loved touring this property and it is simply amazing! Dianne is a great leasing manager!

WARNING FOR THOSE WITH FREQUENTLY VISITING FRIENDS AND FAMILY (PARKING SITUATION)…read more "Luxury" is a joke when it comes to the parking and visitor situation at the complex. They fail to inform the full reality that each tenant only is given 24 hours A MONTH for a guest to park freely! I am very close with a tenant at this complex whom I visit 3-5 times a week and continually have to pay 15 dollars PER VISIT that adds up to 45-75 dollars PER WEEK which is 180-300 A MONTH just to VISIT. Not to mention if you take even 5 minutes too long or happen to forget to pay in advance or at all its a 50-100 dollar ticket immediately. TENANT WHO PARK in guest parking also will be billed for incorrect use of the parking garage at the COMPLEX THEY PAY FOR! It gives broke and swallowed in debt. Not a guest friendly complex at all and overall a disgusting abuse of financial power at a place that lables itself as "Luxury." Absolutely ZERO work arounds and unless you purchase a multi-room apartment you CANNOT register your frequently visiting friends or families vehicles. If you are someone with many people in your life its best to avoid this location unless they somehow fix this awful and money hungry situation.
