She even brought helium and ballons to make props for our daughter's photos. Anubys is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I have ever met. The only reason I am giving…read more1 star is because his wife was beyond sweet when she did our engagement shoot. A month before the wedding, I texted Anubys asking if he wanted to have a chat to discuss anything and he declined. I also emailed him and texted him an itinerary of my wedding day. He claims I never sent him anything: Lie #1. The day of my wedding, as I'm getting into my wedding dress, he decides to call me multiple times asking the address of the venue and how to get there. Again, I had also sent him the address beforehand. They acted like they didn't know what was going on which could've been avoided if we would've met a month ahead like I suggested and he denied. They told my groomsmen that we were doing a "first look" which was not in my itinerary AT ALL and that wasted a good 15 minutes of the time that the groom had to get his portraits done. Not to mention that stressed everyone out because nerves were high and they were causing confusion. As I was taking my bridal photos, Anubys took it upon himself to dismiss my bridesmaids, which I never said to do. Again, causing confusion. Three months after the wedding I texted him asking for an update on where my photos and video were. He sent me the pictures promptly, but told me "the video should be done within the day." Several days later, having heard nothing, I asked for an update because he said it would be done that day right? Well he responds with "the promise time is four months." I totally understand that but why would you tell me it was going to be done that same day then? Lie #2. Then, it's time to pick up my portrait that came along with the package. He texts me asking to meet at a venue named Garza's at 6 PM. I told him that I couldn't and he sends me their office address. Later I texted saying my parents actually were able to meet him at Garza's at 6 after all and could I give them his phone number. To which HE RESPONDS saying "Of course!" Well the day comes to pick up the photo, at a venue 30 minutes from my parents home, and guess what? He doesn't have it. To which he sends me a screenshot claiming he never received my message saying they were going to pick it up and conveniently his response of "of course" wasn't there either. LIE #3. Bro has the nerve to call me and call me crazy when I have proof that he did receive the message, READ IT and DID RESPOND. He lied to cover his ass when all he had to do was be honest and say he forgot. I can respect honesty a lot more than literally trying to GASLIGHT me into something that's not true. I told him I was not happy that he wasted my parents time but I was more unhappy about the blatant lying. He told me he didn't care if I left bad reviews so here I am. Once again, my anger is all directed to him and not in any way towards his wife who was beyond professional and kind. I will attach all screenshots.

Excellent photographers who somehow were able to get our dogs to pose long enough to get amazing…read morepictures! Lorena and Rick were so easy to work with and our dogs loved them. They went to extreme lengths to get our dogs all together for a few seconds to get the perfect shot. We ordered a large canvas and a 5x7" of each of our dogs to hang on the wall because they came out so well. The great thing about the packages are that you get 15 (or 30) digital pictures, so once you choose them, the pictures are yours to do whatever you want with. We used these pictures for many family Christmas gifts! The reason we chose Nature Dog Photography was for a few reasons: -We have 3 dogs and most photographers charge extra for more than 2. Lorena and Rick only charge extra for more than 3, so this worked out great for us. -We knew that if we took our 3 dogs (after paying extra) to a photographer's studio, they would most likely be difficult to control since they were out of their home and uncomfortable, so there was a lower chance we would get any really good pictures. Nature dog is set up to come to YOU. Whether that's at your house, at your favorite park, or somewhere else, it's up to you so that the dogs feel the most at ease. -They offer a discount for rescue dogs since they feel so strongly about helping these dogs and since all 3 of ours are rescues, we were able to use this discount. We actually met Lorena and Rick at a doggie fun run where they were promoting their business and got a deeper discount on the package as well (so if you see them at a dog-friendly event, go check them out!) All in all, a great couple who is passionate about what they do and is super easy to get along with. They were somehow able not only to get great pictures, but to capture each dog's personality in the shots! We would recommend them to anyone who wants some lasting memories for years to come :)
