I haven't had lip filler done in a few years so I was a little nervous but Mellany did a fantastic job. She sanitized everything in front of me, explained aftercare thoroughly, and even has me coming back in two weeks to make sure everything still looks good. I was super impressed. She's talented, quick, and friendly. As for the salon itself, it's completely spotless, there's literally no dust or crumbs anywhere. The receptionists are kind and helpful, and it didn't take me long to get an appointment at all. The pricing is extremely fair in my opinion, and it looks like they even offer memberships if you're more of a frequent flyer. I was recommended by a family member and couldn't be more happy with my results. Thank you Mellany. You made me look natural and my lips look gorgeous!

I saw his reviews & thought he was going to be amazing BUT he was NOT. He may be good at Botox, I can't say yes or no to that bc i did not receive Botox. I went there and he injected my cheeks & then a tiny bit under my eyes. I had bought two types of fillers, he told me to come back in 4 weeks to finish the under eye filler. He told me to "Press on any lumps & massage any bumps i see until they go down, NEVER mentioned to use ice. I was always told to use ice & never ever touch the filler once its placed by the professional. He told me just the opposite. My face looked AWFUL i had lumps & dips and in my cheeks & my under eyes looked like he gave me bags I went back less than a week later bc i was so upset & needed him to see what he did to me. He told me that the places on my face that i was upset about was NOT WHERE HE PUT FILLER!! How on earth could he just lie to my face??? Also the bag that he gave me under my eye, he tried to say it was a Hemetomo not filler. WHAT?!?! He would not take responsibility for anything he did wrong. When i questioned why i was supposed to massage it & not ice it, he said "Ok so stop massaging it from this point fwd & use lots of ice" like are you frigging kidding me???? I have to tell YOU what you should know about fillers? When i asked his experience with fillers all he could say was he has certificates!!! WHO THE HELL CARES about certificates if you dont have experience??? This guy is just a liar & a joke. He has absolutely no business injecting fillers on anybody!! A week later i came to him saying i wanted him to just dissolve the fillers, he said he would free of charge but when i got there he refused to dissolve them saying its not safe!! NO IT IS PLENTY SAFE he just again, has no idea how to do it!! He was just afraid to be honest & tell me the truth that he has no experience with fillers or dissolver. He is a poor excuse of an injector. I would never recommend him or his office. Now i have to go to a real professional to get this corrected. I am walking around with dips & lumps and a bag under my eye!!! He is A LIAR, also he lied about his age, he told me he was 36 when he is actually 41. Like seriously??? Who lies about their age!! Save your money, time & piece of mind, find a different injector. Im sorry i ever met this hack!!! I do not believe all of his reviews are legit. He probably pays ppl to put up good revies or they are friends & relatives. I can not be the only person who knows this guy is a joke!

If I could give this place of business a ZERO I would all across the board! From the moment you…read morewalk in it feels like an assembly line, more concerned about the quantity of people seen rather then providing quality care. As a nurse myself I know one of the most important things is a good bedside manner and the NP there Viginia and owner of the spa are definitely in the wrong business. The NP was rude and nasty and only cared about getting me to the front desk to make a sale. Not only is the place unwelcoming and poorly ran, but there services are way over priced! The owner of the spa I may add has no integrity. Prior to scheduling my appt I spoke with him on the phone and was told that a 1 month supply of medication would be $400/450 just to get to the front desk and find out it was $1600 for the month, completely absurd. It's clear this place likes to rip people off and to top it off rush you out, what a complete waste of my time! My money is good anywhere I refuse to deal with people who are just in it for the money and don't act in the best interest of the patient. If your going to try and rip people off at least be pleasant about it! SMH disgusting, place should be shut down. I WOULD NOT recommend this med spa to anyone!

They look so natural and proportionate, exactly what I was hoping for. My recovery was also much quicker and easier than I ever expected. Dr. Epstein is warm, caring, and truly listens to his patients. He trains other physicians in this technique and has been performing it longer and more often than anyone else in the U.S., which is exactly why I was willing to fly to New York for it. I could not be happier with that decision. I wanted a very natural result, just a little more fullness up top, and went with 160 cc in both breasts. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours. I only needed Advil and Tylenol for the first 24 hours, and the discomfort has been very manageable. Best of all, my results are perfect, and I'm only three days out. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Epstein and his entire staff truly listen. They take the time to understand what you want and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!
