So I've asked to return the money in the shop, returning perfectly new shoes, never worn, etc, and they rejected, with no easy, they say that they don't return money. Giving them 2 starts, because they gave me a "gift card" on the same amount, but "activation" of that gift card costed more than 10% of the shoe cost. They are not enforced by a law to return money in that case, but anyway it's not a good service, most of good shops would just return the money in my experience.

First of all, they mocked my pronunciation of German words, and afterwards they sold me a 100-Euro-costing pair in full price even though the surface of the shoes was peeling off! The pair completely fell apart after a month, and they would not give money back.
