I tried to return the shoes today, and they said shoes cannot be returned after they're worn outside. I showed them my bloody foot and sock, and they didn't care. They said my bloody foot was not because of the shoe and that they only allow returns for shoes that come damaged. After rejecting me, they tried to sell me even more stuff, which was just rude! Buy online from somewhere with a good return policy, instead of this awful store.
