It was a terrible situation. Anyway, we stopped into Sparks Furniture - We were lucky enough to speak with Tim. He went above and beyond and once we found the set we wanted he allowed us to take the floor model. What a blessing! The quality of the couches we purchased was great, they still looks amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. This was our third and final stop that day. The first two shops either didn't have the quality or the employees didn't seem to want to help us. If i was in the market to buy any furniture I would definitely shop at Sparks. I highly recommend and I want to apologize for not writing this review sooner. We really appreciated how Tim went the extra mile, was honest knowledgeable and friendly. Love this store!!!

We ended up designing and ordering a custom made door with that same howling coyote on it! They came and measured, replaced the frame with custom mesquite and made a beautiful door for us! About 6 months after it was installed...the UPS guy rang our doorbell specifically to tell us our door was the most beautiful door he'd ever seen!!! He also mentioned that he delivers to a lot of really high end homes and none of those could compare!!!

Fyi, I only occasionally buy from this type of business (last time I bought 3 mattresses sofa recliners dressers and headboards) & spent $8k. This time I was only looking for quality outdoor patio furniture. They had a small selection in the waaay back. Prices were sort of high, but what isn't these days? So I won't review on that, but there was just a lot of the same old stuff in the same old colors. Idea: if you want more shoppers, please carry a few pieces with unique colors &or styles. Overall it wasn't unpleasant, the sales staff was not aggressive (I appreciate that) and the store was clean and quite full.

Terrible experience here! Staff won't call back after leaving many voice messages. I bought a…read more$19.99 Farmhouse sign. The cashier wrote a receipt on a generic yellow receipt book that says TSH Farmhouse sign $19.99 + tax $1.92 total $21.91, that is correct. It has a receipt number and says retain for your records. The cashier never gave me the printed receipt from the register. My charge card was charged a total of $219.09 which is $199.90 + 19.19 tax. Obviously the cashier added a zero at the end of $19.99. Nothing is EVER priced with a dollar amount and .90 cents at ANY STORE. Mistake or on purpose? I don't know. but why not cross reference the receipt number that I was given with the odd charge of $199.90 on the printout cash register? Of course I put in a dispute with my charge card company but Miners and Merchants refuse to admit they made a BIG mistake! I will not give up, no store has the right to STEAL from a customer and then lie about it! I still have the Attorney General's office and the BBB to get in touch with about these thieves.
