Ginny, the medical secretary, communicated with my auto insurer and got approval for all PT sessions. Alex is my PT. He read and interpreted my MRI and tailored my sessions to the exact area of the problem. Ray, the PT Assistant, and Angelo, the PT Aide, administer most of the exercises that Alex prescribes. Alex does some. Alex is thorough, articulate and direct. I highly recommend him as a Physical Therapist.

It was efficient but did not provide the comfort of music or bedside manner that Zwanger Pesiri has. (Plus Zwanger has those great pens :) the The staff was helpful as well as the Drs. There are Orthopedic Drs, PAs, Xrays, MRI, and even Physical therapy all under one roof. Go during the day and mid week for a lesser wait time!

You have to park on the street, down the block...terrible for an "orthopedic office" where there are injured people coming in. Once you enter there's a physical therapy office upstairs, which looks like an abandoned basement; small, dark, and gloomy, however they directed me downstairs (thank goodness...I thought). I see these giant steep stairs that go into an actual basement, which I was very confused about considering injured people on crutches, boots, and other physical disabilities have to get down those stairs; very dangerous and ridiculous. Aside from that, I had a 10am appointment. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen for approximately 5 minutes, just to be told I have to go to a specialist with my injuries. At that point I was furious. This place is a complete joke. The doctor seemed like he got his degree out of a cereal box. I would avoid this place at all costs like the plague. 10/10 would NOT recommend going here !!!! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

This week I have completed (fingers crossed) my physical therapy. For about two months I have…read morevisited Performax to treat a bad shoulder rotator cuff injury. From day one I have felt the improved difference and relief. All the PT's really know their craft and were great. My main therapist Joe Grignoli was terrific. Through these weeks he worked with me with his own personal touch and undivided attention. As he really puts a lot of care into his work, I was very comfortable with his expertise and particular techiniques. I would highly recommend Performax, they will get you up and going again. This location in Deer Park is immaculate, modern and everyone is very nice and attentive. Needless to say my shoulder has improved drastically and I am feeling up to par again. When I went for my visit I was transferring between 2 out of state insurances who both were denying that they were responsible for the payment of my exam. Months later Aman calls me and explains that she has been fighting these insurance companies for months on my behalf. Over the next 3/4 months her and I went back and forth with these other companies arguing over who was responsible for the payment plans; she provided all of the documents I needed to rightfully dispute this with lawyers involved. Due to her records, her diligence when it came to an absolute stranger we somehow beat TWO huge insurance companies and I rightfully didn't have to pay for the exam. It is nice to finally see someone who doesn't just take the easy way out. She could've argued with me that I have to pay because the insurance company says so. Instead she helped out over the course of almost a year despite never meeting me. I owe you Aman, thank you for all your help! Thank you to Dr. Lewandoski's office for being so great not only when it came to my medical recommendations, but also the administration practices.

After comprehensive exam and x-rays from Dr. McEvoy many years ago, I made the decision to commit to care at Community Chiropractic and have never looked back. I am pain free, my posture has improved significantly and my body is now in tuned to know when it's time for an adjustment.
