We are buying a home that is being sold through Edina. Coming from California, our seller's agent had us do all sorts of things to make the house presentable up until closing. If it snowed in California, we would have had to remove the snow from the driveway to make it accessible to the new owners' move in trucks. We had to sweep the pine needles up to make it look nice and we gladly had this done, even though we weren't local anymore. Edina realtors have blown our realtor off, again and again. Totally unprofessional and frankily lame. We were told the sellers would replace ruined tile in the master bathroom, and when it came time to negotiate they were all, nope, your problem. I'd never hire anyone with such lack of care. Minnesota nice my ass. On the other hand, we loved our realtor, Tom Henderson of Masters Real Estate.
