The worst service of any sign company we have ever dealt with! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was ordering three different signs, only one of which allowed you to upload the artwork for. I uploaded the wrong artwork for one sign. Then, before the signs were made, I sent three separate emails to them, each with the correct art work for each sign. (The artwork as a whole was too large for one email.) They still went by the incorrect art work I had uploaded days before and based on that, made the assumption that one of the other signs should be made incorrectly also. So one incorrect upload that was corrected, two sets of signs done incorrectly. Their customer service does not care!! Don't do business with this company!!! I wish I can give them negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever been associated with. Messed up on original sign order. Waited and waited for them to contact me and pick up the signs. Many unanswered emails. Finally they picked them up, and now am waiting to see when they will deliver. It has been over a month, and still don't have my signs. I'm in New Jeresey and just suffered through the storm. I had installed the realtor's swing post signs, and was concerned about whether the posts would be affected by the high winds.I decided to remove the sign portion and allow the posts to remain. It only takes about 30 seconds to remove the sign portion. After the storm, I returned to reinstall the signs on the posts and found that no posts had been disturbed by the high winds. It was a relief to me that the signs were free of any damage. I am more than satisfied with this product whcih had always made a beautiful presentation, and now I know theat it is quite sturdy also. read more
