I went to the Allentown office about a year ago, for an appointment first thing in the morning. The waiting room was mostly full, at least ten patients. When I returned for a follow-up six months later, also in the morning, I was the ONLY patient while I was there. Arrived around 7:50, checked in, was taken back around 8:10, when I left around 8:30, there was not ONE other patient. Draw your own conclusions. I also had a recent customer service issue. I contacted all my physicians with a similar request. All others resolved my problem within minutes. Not only were they unresponsive for six weeks, when I finally spoke to someone, they were quite rude, knowing I was not returning. Problem remains unresolved. I just gave up. The staff is rude . They violate HIPPA laws by simultaneously carrying on loud discussions with multiple patients at the front desk . Their insurance verification system was not functioning correctly and they walked out into the waiting room in front of everyone and told us our insurance was "not active " . Which was incorrect and we had to prove by calling United Health in front of everyone . The exam room was filthy ; there was no doctor only a PA who when asked about the lack of hygiene stated " I only work here and have no control over that " We walked out even tho we had been told by our regular physician that my husband had what looks like a cancerous growth on his leg . The people are unprofessional and unclean and ill mannered . Please do not under any circumstances subject your self to thIs place . Two other people walked out while we were there ! read more

Horrible experience. Had Mohs surgery on top of head. I was told it would take a few hours. I was there for over 7 hours. Dr Geffner was 1 1/2 late to start off no apology and after every pass of surgery I had to wait over 2 hrs In the waiting room. I had nothing to eat and the water cooler was empty. The staff had absolutely no concern for their patients time or comfort. I was never even asked if I was doing ok during the 7 hrs I was there. No communication. You're on your own. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I didn't even go back to get my stitches out. I went to another physician. Go to Mexico your probably better off. read more

Do not go here!! The appointment itself was fine, but I'm 3 weeks out from my appointment and STILL have not received my prescribed medication because the office refuses to answer calls and questions from my insurance and the pharmacy. It's unbelievable!!! I can't reach them by phone either! I just keep getting routed to a call center that says the office will call back. I haven't gotten a single call back in 3 weeks. I finally just went in person to the office, driving 20 minutes. They were rude, and ultimately very unhelpful. I finally just paid out of pocket for this medication because I'm desperate and have ZERO faith that they will ever respond to my insurance company. I'm so upset and angry about this. Awful experience. Drove an hour and a half for an appointment for 1:30. I sat and waited while two other people were taken back. Finally after waiting I asked when I was going to be seen. If you are late to an appointment then your appointment is canceled but it's OK for them to waste your time. They do not truly care about their patients.They schedule their patients back to back for the money rather than caring about their patients time. Also All the women in the receptions past Dr. stand in the back and the all receptions and doctors stand in the back and they chit chat rather than do their job. read more

Numerous issues at this facility- for 3 of my 4 appointments Christine ran 20-30 minutes late. Problems with her and her staff regarding medication refills and staff not knowing the correct diagnosis. They don't call patients back with skin cancer results unless they're positive. Didn't tell me that and I'm a melanoma survivor. I left detailed messages that staff would get wrong. Promises to get back to me with no follow through. read more

I had my appointment here at 11:45, showed up at 11:50 and because that went into lunch time, Trisha could not see me until after 12:30. In addition to this, I would be seen after the 12:30 patients. Lunch time over patients I suppose? It have never been treated like this by a healthcare provider. I left and rescheduled my appointment, making sure to schedule with Christine. Christine, on the other hand, is truly one of the most pleasant humans I have met. Thankfully, I have never had the displeasure of meeting this so called "Trisha" but would obviously would not recommend someone that consoders a salad bowl a priority over a human being. Unbelievably terrible. A few days before my scheduled appointment, they called to cancel and reschedule. So we reschedule for a few weeks later. A few days before that appointment, they call again to cancel. And we reschedule for another few weeks later. The day of that appointment, my spouse asks why I'm leaving home so early. One of our calendars has the appointment for 10:45 and the other for 11:45. So I call the office to confirm the time. The woman who answers sounds irritated that I didn't know that the appointment is for 11:45. I say "good thing I called" otherwise I'd have been an hour early. After waiting an hour, I get to the doctor's office and they tell me my appointment was at 10:45. I let the woman know that I just telephoned and was told it was at 11:45. Well, I'm told I can wait but they're running late and no telling how long it might be until I'm seen and "sorry about that." Yeah, no....a complete waste of time with a backwards practice. Wasted our time waiting without letting us know what's going on!they should inform patients if they are sending the prescription to the pharmacy!! we wasted 30 mins waiting for prescription only to be told that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy already?! Seriously?!? How hard is it to inform your patient??!?? Never again!! read more

DO NOT make an appointment with Erika Lutkins! All she cares about it money. I have been going to the office for about 6 years now and have two other providers. Trish and Deb. They care about their patients and do what is right for them. Deb found melanoma on me and Trish continuously find pre cancer cells so she does regular skin checks when she sees me. I got scheduled with Erika today and she looked at the model Trish removed and wouldn't even look at anything else. She told me "I'm not getting paid for that today". And if I wanted her to look at other moles and growths, I would need to make another appointment so she would get paid for that. Now it seems funny to me that everyone else can do it all in one visit but she didn't care about me as a patient. All she cared about is money in her pocket! I would never go back to her and if the company itself tries to make me pay another copay for next week to get my skin checked, I will never return and I am there about 8 times a year. I have brought them so much business and money but I will not go back to a place that supports someone like her. read more
