The shop on the Rookery Road is bursting with decorations like balloons, gift-wrapping and age-specific gits. They make personal banners to order for birthdays or weddings so you could add a tailored message with a picture. The prices vary depending on the size you want. We were so appalled with the service and none of our tables had no decorations and main arch was missing from our display. We had to buy some baloons from a local store however as a replacement. The day after we complained in the store, the store owner was very agressive and the reason was they forgot and they are only human....not very proffesional. Do not trust them as they can ruin your big day. Cowboys,!
