Great shop and staff, but I found it unpleasant to shop in because of these little TV monitors blaring out annoying soundbites at every area of shelving. I ended up leaving without buying most of the things I came for as the noise was so intrusive. No idea why they have them. As you get to the tills they're also competing with overly loud music. Decora has a fantastic Santa's Grotto! It has been very well thought out with a little winter forest that you walk through while you wait to see Santa! Perfect to keep childrens minds away from the fact that they are waiting in a slight queue and that Santa is just around the corner. At £7 it sounds pricey, however the gift you get is nice and the child's face when they get to sit on Santa's knee inside his little Grotto is Priceless! You are free to take a picture at no charge, a nice extra keepsake of a very believable Santa. read more

I am a regular customer at Decora and am generally satisfied with their service however the service in the printing/framing outlet leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to have some pictures framed and was served by an employee who had no understanding of the stock and clearly no training on prices and framing options . After 20 minutes of getting nowhere I did finally place an order. But was increasingly frustrated with the poor service. Later I got a call to say that the price I was quoted was the wrong ! When I went back to the store I was told by the manager that I he had been sitting in the back while I was previously being served and felt I was being too hard on his member of staff. Yes I was frustrated at the lack of service but not only had this poor lad not been properly trained his manager had listened into an interaction where his member of staff had clearly been struggling and had done nothing to support him. He was also very rude to me in front of staff he was clearly trying to impress. Needless to stay I will take my customer elsewhere ... read more
