They were cooked in a fresh yoghurt sauce with spice and melted in the mouth. Main was a selection of 4 curries. Not a morsel was left. I cannot tell you what was best as they were all incredible. Dessert was a selection of Indian ice cream. This is the best Indian I have had and I have had Indian all around the world. It smelled a little odd, probably the mustard, but tasted wonderful. The chocolate thick shake I ordered was large but needed more chocolate with most of it drizzled along the inside of the cup rather than in the drink itself. I had to keep scraping the sides with my straw to amp up the flavour.
