Ben is dependable, has a commanding presence in the courtroom, and extremely knowledgable. Some moments about Ben that stood out to me: 1. He said you hire lawyer of course for their knowledge and experience on a case. Although cases may not always go to plan lawyers have seen plenty of cases in their careers to give you a good judgement on the outcome. Trust what Ben says when he has an opinion on something. 2. After a hearing with Ben, we left the courtroom with multiple lawyers coming out telling me that I was in good hands and lots of other lawyers agree with his opinion on a law mentioned during a hearing. I would have been better off self representing myself. I made the error of sticking with them because I was afraid to spend thousands more to start over with another firm, in the end this cost me way more (monetarily and with the damages they did to my case) than I would have ever spent if I had moved to a good firm. I actually was convinced for a long time I was being scammed, that is how bad this firm was...regrettably I found they are a legit law firm.
