The biggest thing going for it would be its location. Located in front of Pioneer Center in Kapitolyo, the venue is close to EDSA, Greenfield, and Ortigas Center. Having a supermarket beside it is also a huge advantage. And for those who attend any event there, it's proximity to the food centers of Greenfield and kapitolyo must be some sort of happy bonus.
