Last year, I made the mistake of renting a car. What a mistake that was. I learned you don't need a rental car if you're staying in downtown Athens, and finding my way to the rental car return at the Atlanta airport was a nightmare. This year, I went with Bulldog Limousine. The drivers, both nice guys, were great, and both trips were effortless. For instance, on my return from Athens to the Atlanta airport, the driver knew just where to go and dropped me off right in front of the Delta check in area for my flight home. Every once in a while, one finds a company that does things right. Bulldog Limousine is one of them.

We were told the car would be a large SUV with bucket seats to accommodate 4 people with 2 tall (large) men. The car was a basic SUV without bucket seats. The 2 (5'2") females did not have enough room to put their feet on the floorboard in front of them. The men did not have adequate room in the middle seat. Both bench seats were hard and uncomfortable. The driver drove like a bat out of HELL, darting in and out of lanes. He even crossed over the HOV lane (illegally) in Gwinnett Co to pass a vehicle. I called to voice my concern with management and they credited us the tip to the driver- $631 for a ride to Atlanta and back to Athens was exceedingly high for the level of car and service we received. Don't trust what Bulldog Limo claims they will do because they did not honor their word with me.

All discussions were had via text message to ensure there was no misunderstanding of service and rates. The cars (going and coming) were exceptionally clean and comfortable. They offer cold water for all passengers, as well as other amenities that we did not use. Driver met us at baggage claim on return and was very efficient. We received text messages the day before each pickup, and when our plane landed to let us know our ride was ready We will definitely be using this service any time we are in need of a limo!

Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience.
