Ger is professional, positive, caring, understanding, honest, patient, very knowledgeable about credit and past due bill situations like my situation. Ger is a very good communicator and explains things clearly so that I understood what he was talking about. Ger Yang suggested a couple of strategies to use to try to get this matter resolved and I agreed with his strategies and asked him to pursue the two strategies that he suggested to try to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Ger assured me that he would take the necessary steps to implement the two strategies he suggested right away after we ended our telephone conversation! I highly recommend Ger Yang and Blue Water Credit to anyone who wants to improve their credit score, get negative items removed from their credit history, repair their credit, etc because you won't be disappointed!! Unfortunately, my total…read moreexperience has changed to disappointment for the following 10 reasons. 1) Approximately 3 weeks before the tax filing deadline of April 15, 2026. Randels Tax Service requested additional documents. Those documents were provided as requested. 2) No follow confirmation was provided to me via email or phone. 3) I made numerous contact attempts via Randel's current website, and business card information in an attempt to get the current status of my 2025 tax filing. 4) No Response/reply via email or phone. The same attempts were made by my spouse which lead to the same result I experienced. 5) Additional calls and emails were sent. I finally get a call with a person that identified themselves as worker Randels Tax Services, stating they needed additional documents. 6) I explained to this same worker person that the documents they are requesting had been sent a while back. However, we will send provide the requested documents again. 7) I verbally requested confirmation via cell phone or email of receipt of documents received from me or my spouse. Again negative results. 8) As of April 25, 2026. My spouse or I have not received any information or status from Randels Tax Service regarding our 2025 Tax Filing. 9) As an effort to understand why we haven't been able to communicate with Randels Tax Service, my Spouse and I drove to the location list on their current website. Which clearly states the open and closed hours. We arrived at their location at approximately 11:15 am. The outside doors to the office were closed. Subsequently, leaving another un- returned voice message. 10) So disappointed! Additionally, Randels Tax Service still have several current documents relative to 2025 tax filing.
