My wife and I are writing this review from our brand-new home, which we moved into last week…read more Sylvia was, by far, the most important factor in getting this place that totally fits our needs at an incredible price. We hired Sylvia in October 2020, and over the course of several months, she took us on house hunts, emailed with us through many nights, and helped us figure out the best neighborhoods and areas to consider. I can't stress this enough: Sylvia was extremely patient with us, especially as our home criteria frequently changed: from detached homes in Pickering and Ajax to condos in Toronto. She was quick to point out listings we might like, was incredibly quick to respond to our communication, and whenever we wanted to make an offer, Sylvia was there to give us the best advice in terms of what would be a fair bid not only to get the home, but also to make sure we weren't overpaying. During home tours, she was astute in pointing out details she liked or flaws that might be overlooked. When we found homes we liked, she made sure to accommodate our busy work schedules and came out with us on many Friday nights and weekends. She also did all of this during the height of the pandemic, which added its own difficulties to the real estate market and the process of searching for homes in general. Finally, when we found a place we truly loved, Sylvia was our champion when it came to dealing with the sellers. We ended up getting our dream home for a price we thought was impossible in the current market -- that was all her. We absolutely love our home, and we have Sylvia to thank. She is kind, intelligent, and calm. She's everything you could possibly want in a realtor who represents you in the home-buying process.

To sum it up, Estelle is an extremely client-focused, patient and thorough agent which, in my opinion, is quite rare in the industry. Because Estelle is hard wired to please her clients, she naturally has her clients' best interest at heart. When I was in the market to buy a condo, I was clueless in every way including where to buy, how much I can afford, how to get a pre-approved mortgage, how much down payment is required, basically what seemed like a million steps to take to eventually become a homeowner. Estelle was able to answer all of my questions clearly and when she couldn't (only because it was outside of her expertise as an agent), she referred me someone else in her network that is equally as awesome as her to ensure that I was taken care of. I personally believe that it's priceless to have an agent who listens carefully to what you want, makes recommendations based on experience, remains unwaveringly patient no matter how many properties you've already seen and respects that this is an expensive, life altering purchase. If you want a similar experience as mine, you won't be disappointed with Estelle.

There was an immediate rapport and we felt, right from the beginning, that we could trust her and rely on her. The market was hot and we expected our home to sell quickly. It was with great excitement that we began the whole process; Rebecca was there every step of the way to guide us as we prepped the house for sale. But it was in the following weeks that we really came to appreciate her professionalism, dedication and support. The market shifted and the house didn't sell as quickly as we had anticipated. Instead of a bidding war we found ourselves wondering if we would sell at all. But Rebecca was amazing. She did her research, pulled out all the stops to showcase and market the property effectively, remained available and committed through it all, and got us the price we wanted. It was such a relief to get that sold sign up on the lawn and we certainly wouldn't have gotten there without Rebecca. We would absolutely recommend her to all our friends and family. Anyone would be lucky to have her working on their behalf.
