The owner is cool laid back and always there with his pup which says a lot about him if you ask me. The environment is so amazingly comfortable and fun. Being greeted in the mornings to the see ya layers at the end of a workout... It's just the best. It's clean as well which is huge especially during these times. I honestly don't think any other gym could top this one.. And being military moving around a lot I have been to many gyms in many places... None compare! Stacy is one of the trainers there and I take one of her group classes Wednesday and Friday with the best group of ladies one could ask for. If you want a challenge and a change of pace definitely check her out.
