And I could get attorney fees back too. He left in 2024 to his new law firm he's working at now. I got a new attorney instead of the case going with him. They defended the other party and threw the case. It cost me several thousand around $12 to 15 thousand the attorney office told me to put it into insurance and have the hoa take care of it now. The hoa is saying there putting the owner now on the board and hasn't even fixed their leak. And since it went that way they put it on my insurance for over $17,000 instead of the other parties insurance like it should be. I know Farr Cragun and Berube are not good attorneys I think I would have had better luck with Brody. I go on to add my own experience with Gibb as follows: Gibb was always late for our scheduled meetings as he was never in his office (and drove from home the days he was to meet me). He showed up in flip-flop thongs with no socks, shorts and T-shirts. GIBB was very slow in putting his thoughts together throughout my case, and had trouble constructing and writing letters to other attorneys. He needed from another attorney (of which I didn't agree to pay for that time Gibb spent with him). Gibb kept needing his help and input and Gibb was charging me to consult with that attorney!). I told him I wouldn't agree to pay for that portion but he charges me anyhow. Gibb's office was a huge mess (which concerned me) and the case took a lot longer than it should of and Gibb led me to believe it would an easy case and a lot cheaper to hire him . GIBB overcharged me, admitted to it in a phone call and PROMISED to refund me a very small amount money. This was months ago. Although I believe he owes me more money, I agreed to his offer. Gibb promised to pay .. but never sent me the check. For approx 8 years, there was a gofundme online asking people to donate to help the GIBB BABIES of which I believe was very Tacky, especially to benefit an Attorney's family (his!). Gibb first told me he knew nothing about it, but then back tracked and said his neighbor put it up. The fund raised $1,600.00, I have all the screen shots. Did his donors get a special rate from Gibb to do their legal work? Gibb lectured me how the medical bills for his "babies" were $9,000,000.00 (9 Million Dollars) in an uppity tone (as I had a triple neck fusion, at the same time and never once did he comment on my condition or the financial bind I was in). And, I did NOT have a gofundme account for my situation, but there was one for his! Had I known that at the time, I would of never hired/trusted him! I was wrong to believe in him and should of gone elsewhere. Gibb offered me in a phone call, to refund a very small portion that he overbilled me but he never sent the check. Don't make the same mistake I did.... I should of reported Gibb when I had the chance. If I were you, I'd go elsewhere!

I was very WRONG!!! Mohammed made it seem that he was going to take care of me and really cared about my situation (divorce). His soul goal was to make sure his bank account was satisfied and nothing else mattered. Please do your research on divorce lawyers (especially if it's your first ever divorce) I was definitely taken advantage of and was charged over $6k for absolutely NOTHING!!! Countless time on meetings and phone calls that lead nowhere and he claimed he wasn't getting response from other lawyer involved and made many excuses why it was taking so long. Never once mentioned mediation in the beginning. My partner plead guilty to domestic violence and domestic violence in front of a child and he still got 50/50 custody. I spent over 10k! I wasn't going to leave a negative review( this was more than year ago) but I just received an invoice for $6 for an apparent text message sent last month. I haven't even spoken with the law firm for well over a year! It's only $6 but it's ludicrous. My case was closed. They took it off right away when I called, apparently they have a client with the same first name so they sent me their invoice. I'd look elsewhere for representation.

She gained my trust, however, Laura Rasmussen is very manipulative and condescending. She changed the document without my knowledge after I signed it, then went ahead and filed it with the court. 2. LAURA BROKE HER OWN CONTRACT -per Laura's contract, it is a requirement that once you start mediation, if you continue, she has to have payment. This she did not do and it left me in a position to beg my family for money when they didn't have any. 3. When going through the contract (I thought I signed) compared to the one she filed with the court, there were discrepancies. She added stuff in like, "it being a requirement for me to attend therapy", which I did not sign off on. 4. Laura wanted to act like an attorney. - When I went to court, my ex filed a bunch of false accusations. He claimed I was a drug addict and when the commissioner asked for drug tests, he tested positive for cocaine, I passed mine but because I didn't have an attorney due to money issues, my son was placed in his dads care. DAD ASKED FOR OVERALL DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY AND LAURA ADVISED THAT BECAUSE THIS WAS ALREADY IN PLACE WITH THE COURT, SHE COULD NOT CHANGE THAT. she straight up lied to me and now the man I am trying to get away from, who abused me, has final say in "decision making". If my sons dad wanted to move out of state tomorrow, he could.....I could take him to court but of course, this is more money and another way my ex can use the court to abuse me and our son emotionally and financially. 5. To fix my agreement, I supposedly signed, I'm looking at 20k.....think about that before you sign a contract with Laura!!!!!! I have spent over 50k just trying to turn this whole thing around.
