Some of the doctors were very rude to the patients especially the one I had last week due to his rush to see other patients.. Sometimes people will go there to the Emergency room by ambulance, and will get check in by triage nurses then still sent out to waiting room till seeing a doctor.. then all of a sudden due to whatever they struggle with it could be too late..

After finally getting in (after 2 and half hours of waiting) she admitted to messing up but was extremely unapologetic about it. The receptionists are extremely unfriendly and judgmental. My Grandmother was physically assaulted on more than one occassion by a staff member here (was…read moredocumented on nanny cam we had in room and later featured on W5 segment). The staff member was not fired, just moved to a different floor! While there were several caring staff here there is a chronic shortfall of staff and residents do not receive the level of care needed or expected to maintain their dignity and health. Wait times for assistance to go to the bathroom were often 15-20 minutes or more. When my grandmother first arrived here she was mobile, bright and vibrant. The floor they out her on had manyresidents with dementia and behaviour problems, many of whom wandered into her room on a regular basis and caused great anxiety for my Grandma. They assigned here to a table with an older lady who did not speak English and was in a nearly fully reclined wheelchair. That was her only table mate to eat every meal with and they refused to change her to another table, she quickly became depressed and eventually refused to go to the dining room anymore. I could never recommend this place for anyone you cared about.
