Then the the fried chickens came in and there was a chorus of soft delight among those familiar with its goodness. My favourite was the beef with bitter melon cooked in tausi; the bitter melons were still crunchy enough and wasn't bitter at all, but the beef was tender and delicious. Oh, and that Calamansi juice!! I love calamansi!!! We've been back in Jersey now but the taste of Ams from almost a month ago, still lingers.
