The team that assisted me was professional, friendly, upfront and most importantly honest. My trade-in offer was within KBB range and the vehicle I purchased was listed below the market value and other like trucks in the surrounding area. I appreciated not being surprised with additional fees when I came into the dealership. (I recently had a HORRIBLE experience at a Florida dealership) Everything agreed to over the phone was honored upon my arrival. Thank you for a fair/easy trade. Highly recommend!

We were lucky to get a same day service appointment at Paul Thigpen Ford. Appreciating our situation, they even began work before our scheduled appointment time. We were checked on regularly with updates and to see if we needed anything Martrell and Kenny went above and beyond helping us with service contract issues, lodging & getting us back on the road ASAP They genuinely cared about our situation and our comfort, stuck with us to sort out problems and even stayed long after quitting time without complaint. The management at Paul Thigpen Ford seems to be doing things right. All the staff were friendly and seemed to be very content in their work. We strongly recommend Paul Thigpen Ford - Lincoln in Vidalia, GA

They went into the motor and replaced bolts with machine screws in the head they stripped the holes out in the head when they done this. I have tried calling them by the card I was given. The personal number, the cell number, and even the 1- 800 number and no one would answer, I left a message still no response. If anyone one out there is looking to buy a vehicle I seriously and personally feel you shouldn't bother with this company your wasting your time and money, they don't want to take the time to call you back and do their job.
