I purchased a Rhino Iron works Safe from Deans. I had a Fort Knox and wanted to up grade size. When I saw the Rhino Iron works I knew it was the safe for me. The Sales person Susan was very knowledgeable and went over all the features of the safe and explained how well it was built I felt confident it was a good choice. I was concerned that it just look tuff and that was what I was paying for but Susan explained that "yes it looks good but its built good too" Over the course of time before delivery I spoke to Mary on the phone as well. She too, was very helpful. They provide outstanding customer service with professionals that know what they are talking about. Lastly, the delivery. Our homes are private and we only allow people in that we trust so when you have someone coming that is bring a safe that will hold your valuables you get a bit concerned. I just purchased a safe for my home from Dean Safe after extensive shopping. Their prices are very competitive, and after speaking with them I know I was getting quality advice and equipment as compared to the discount stores. Unfortunately my safe arrived damaged with a manufacting defect, and I discovered it on a Saturday. They made sure that I would be completely satisfied and took a part from another in stock safe so the problem would be solved the same day. They did so even though I picked a very popular model that sells out quickly, and they made sure I didn't have to wait for a solution from the company who made the product. I was in desperate need of help! I inadvertently locked my large garage safe in the service position with the pens/bolts out (so I could neither close nor unlock it). I bought a safe at the Ventura County fair. Watch out for the delivery. They deposited the 287 lbs safe in the walking path of the garage (we are remodeling right now and the garage is our only point of entry). I called the office right away and they told me the delivery was drop off only; therefore they could drop it off in the garage or the driveway it did not matter. If I wanted the safe rolled into my bedroom I would have to pay $125!!!!! read more
