If your appointment is say at 10:00am be expected to wait. They are good. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

Ive been with this office quite awhile-- my nurse practitioner can "suggest" everything to me AND I choose whether to accept it for me. It isnt the therapy that "fixes" the client--:it what that person accepts or not AND applies to their life. Take what you want, and leave what doesn't work. I've "fit" working with most of staff- and am proud of my therapist at this time and appreciate help of the nurse. Ask good important questions and youll receive positive, helping answers. Its up to the client.

( to no fault of my therapist or the business) I was content with missing a session and going the next week. Sue who is my therapist called me personally to make sure I was ok and check on me. I ended up going in and having my session. And for those who want to say or think, no I was not pressured or forced and NO it was not for money. I was going to cancel a few short hours before so it would still be charged even if I wasn't there. It was because of Sue and her sincere concern and here sincerely wanting me to go in and talk things through. To get out what I needed to work on myself and keep on track with what I've been working on. This is what means the world to me. To know she genuinely cares about me as a person and not just another ass in the seat. I would like to add she was and always has been very Profesional and I can also appreciate that. Thank you Sue Richards for being the best!!!!

I was taken to unity point health st. Luke's ER on 12/8/25 after a bad sledding accident.. right…read moreleg was all broken up. The ER staff was very good. But then they sent me to xray. I had a shattered femur, tibia, and broken fibula. The pain was unbearable, even after every pain med they could give.. there was a group in X-ray waiting for me. One young girl was merciless!! she kept trying to manipulate my shattered leg and I kept screaming STOP! she just kept repeating; 'don't hit me'. now if you keep having to tell a patient not to hit, maybe you should rethink your actions. And for the record, I never, ever, even attempted to hit anyone, I just put up my hands and screamed 'STOP!. I am a 62 year old female and totally helpless at this point..One of the x-rays even contained her entire hand trying to bend my ankle! Should the tech be IN the X-ray?? Once I got out of surgery and admitted into a room, it like a sauna.. 4th floor ortho... I lay in a pool of sweat for 5 days, no sleep, so uncomfortable and miserable, all they could do was give me a fan. the thermostat did not work! Never went below 75 degrees, and I am a hot blooded person with my leg wrapped up like a cocoon! Three different people put in maintenance requests.. no one ever showed up. The nurses were nice, except for a helper named 'Heather', she needs to find a different occupation. And the chest pain I kept complaining about that was supposed to have a CT scan was never really addressed, just lidocaine patch and NSAID lotion. When I got out I told my GP I wanted a CT and it finally got ordered.. fractured sternum!
