We purchased a bed at De Tonge and were uncertain about the size of expensive accompanying night tables. We were assured by the sales woman that we could place the order and after measuring the size of the room at home, we could cancel the order or change to a custom size at no extra cost. The sales lady insisted on placing the order and produced a document for us to sign. Upon measuring the room, we called to inform the sales lady that the night stands would not fit. The sales lady then held us to the signed sales agreement indicating that they could only offer credit for other merchandise in the store and noted that custom night stands were no longer an option.
