Definitely right up there as the best meal I've ever had and one of the last before I moved back to…read morethe US from the EU. If I could eat meals like that every single day I totally would. I went for the lunch menu and totally loved being able to watch all the food be made, made me very excited to eat it seeing all the care that went into each individual dish. Everything was exceptionally fresh. All of the staff was very friendly and very attentive, we never went without water or bread and had opportunities to ask questions, we were treated very well (we were wearing very casual street clothes as it was quite hot in Antwerp at the time) and exactly like everyone else (they were some pretty fancy people there :D). We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the chefs who you could tell very much loved their work. I would totally visit again!
