Be VERY RELUCTANT to purchase anything in this store if you are a tourist due to counterfeit items…read morebeing sold there!
My family and I visited this store in July of 2019. We ended up buying a camera for my one son and a mini Nintendo gaming system for my other son. Unfortunately the mini Nintendo system stopped working after we used it once while we were still there and due to us changing locations on our vacation, we were unable to go back to the store to either exchange it or return it. Upon our return back to Canada, I sent the gaming system into Nintendo Canada as it should have been under warranty as it was brand new. Nintendo Canada informed me that the gaming system was counterfeit! Upon emailing the store and communicating with Gaetano, he asked me to ship the gaming system back to him so he could "discuss this with his supplier" and either refund my money OR send me a new, non-counterfeit gaming system. I was very hesitant in sending back the system as I wasn't sure if I'd ever see it again or hear back or get my money back. However, I trusted Gaetano due to some of the reviews on Google and his re-assurance over email, so I sent it back. Well, after months of trying to get a hold of Gaetano to follow up with him on this after I sent the system back, he has since ignored me and has ultimately RIPPED ME OFF as he never did refund my money or send out another NON-COUNTERFEIT unit. In fact, he has never responded to any of my emails after I told him I had shipped it and given him all of the postage details. BEWARE of this place if you are a tourist! I am sure his shop is full of counterfeit products!!
