They had advised that they also had the same light with a repair which they would sell significantly cheaper. I declined the broken light and paid for the "Excellent" light. Light arrives and one arm had been repaired. Obviously they charged for the complete light fixture but sent the repaired one. Win win for them - got the full price for damaged goods. Four months later, many emails sent and no resolution. Neither swapped the light for the one I paid for nor refunded money, They're in Antwerp, have my money and feel they don't have to fix this as what am I going to do. Be warned!!!!!
