I'll start with the 3 only redeeming things about staying in the clubhouse. The price is good…read more It's close to my family here on property. And the rooms were clean. However.....the Air Conditioner is one of those that does not have a constant fan mode. It's loud, but a steady sound when it's on. When it turns on, for some reason it sounds like a popcorn machine popping and clicking cloudly. That stops after a few minutes, but enough to disturb your sleep every 20 minutes. When the AC is not on, you can hear every noise in the hallway and on the foyer/library which is where our door was. Finally at about midnight the crowd outside dispersed and we were able to TRY and get some sleep. Now, for the 19th Hole Restaurant. Took forever to get a waitress to our table, then took fifteen minutes to get the soda and beer we ordered. I had hoped to be able to drink my beer while we waited for our to-go food. Nope. I knew I should have checked my food while we sat there letting it get cold so I could enjoy my super delayed beer, but alas, I did not. By the time we got to the room to open it up, the order was wrong. Not only was it wrong, there were no napkins, no flatware, no catsup or mayo..... nothing. The burger was supposed to be NO CHEESE, and no pickles. Should have had all the rest of the normal stuff. Ironically, it came with ONLY CHEESE. I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese, which they so nicely melted onto the burger for me. And again, not even any flatware to scrape it off. Fortunately it was topped off with about 7 French fries, which again I got to enjoy with no catsup. Coffee in the room. Hard to screw that up, right? Well, you get to enjoy it not with coffee creamer, but with Whitener. I'd never seen that one before. I realize this isn't your traditional hotel with a restaurant, or my complaints would have been much more at the moment and direct. I think next time I'll bring my camper and stay at the little RV park they have here. I'm in hotels and restaurants all the time for work, and would not recommend this place.

The pictures they offer in the web are absolutely false they have absolutely destroyed the place…read morethe people that have moved in from city and from other states drive to fast don't watch out for the wildlife have even hunted the deer when they are supposed to be protected kids were found dragging a deer after i'm having it at the river just trying to get a drink , we're dragging it done the street , they run over the ducks the ducks, the geese, the skunks, the possums whole wildlife armadillos they kill everything out there. And don't have any respect for the area or what it was. The contractors they are building have absolutely no respect for the residents that live there I've been run off the road at least 6 times almost head on collision 3 times now that's ridiculous. 3 of my neighbors have already been hit by contractors and they have even been caught literally running down fawns in the fields with their trucks. For fun . They have been doing illegal burns trash is everywhere after storms because they don't take care of the mess when building , they have cut down countless live trees that I myself know owls and hawks live in right behind my house for one that's illegal to do that but there seems to be a lot of illegal activity going on here . And don't get me started on how crooked the management is too. This place has become a joke houses will definitely depreciate very very soon. Data centers are going in surrounding the properties bet they say any of this stuff when your looking to buy , the roads can't handle the traffic the water dept can't handle it and the electric grid can't handle it , they are bitting off more then they can chew and when the crap hits the fan it will fall into the residence hands not theirs all they have to do is sell out .
