I thought I would write him an acknowledge of genius but because of a negative review I read in realself, I decided to write to this forum. My doc was carlos Barrera and I am sure many docs around San Miguel are excellent , but if you could see my face, you would hands down go to him. All friends cautioned me about having something done in Mexico but in spite of great fear, I persevered. Never have I been as happy with any decision in my life. And never have sooooo many friends applauded my results. (I remember almost walking out of the clinic the night before the operation. Thank goodness I stayed. ). Every aspect from the hygienic premises of the professional clinic to the operating staff was impeccable. Please women, consider this physician for your facelift and never look back!
