Best place to go for a haircut. I always ask for Darrah for a haircut or bang trim. She does a great job and I have always had the best compliments when she styles & cuts my hair. I called for a full highlight and was given an appt that day. Sarah did my color & she was pleasant. I have very thick shoulder length hair & I was at the salon for 3.5 hours! I didnt even get a cut!! When they got done drying, I finally said, 'thats good', no need to style (I was tired of sitting in the chair), but the price was right & I got an immediate appt, so I would go again when I am in town. read more

I went to de'-al Salon yesterday with my mom to get our hair done. Sarah is the usual girl that does our color and she wanted to argue with my mom, she "couldn't pull the color" my mom was asking for, which was an ashy blonde with darker undertones and all she had to do was put a toner on it for 10 min but she didn't want to take the time. Sarah went in the back to mix up color before really even understanding what my mom was wanting done. Sarah left a ring all the way around my moms head of where the color SHOULD be but is NOT! Right now it looks like she is needing to color her hair AGAIN even though she JUST had it colored as well as made her hair look like she bought a box color from Walmart and did it herself! This isn't the first time this has happened, my mom went there for the first time a year ago when we moved out here from Nashville and my mom said she tried to argue with her then and wouldn't give her the time of day but wanted to give her another try because she liked how she colored her hair she did an excellent job the first time. The second time was different as in better buff iffy on how she colored but wasn't terrible. This was the third time my mom has been there and was even worse than the first time she went. I got to see it first hand yesterday (23MAY2020) and Sarah is the most unprofessional "girl" I have ever come into contact within the beautician business. For as many years that Sarah has been doing hair she seems like she is an amateur and she should know better!!We will NOT be coming back to de-al salon! This was my second time going and she screwed up my color line as well!! On a more positive note though Darrah cut my hair and she is amazing and so nice!! Loved Darrah!! Unfortunately Dareah doesn't do color but if she did I know she would do great at it!! read more

Just left here with an awesome new style. They were very attentive to what I was wanting. I haven't added any color to my hair for 8 years and was afraid to do anything drastic. They started off with a little color and allowed me to play with it for a week before deciding to add some more highlights. I also DREAD haircuts so they respected that and only cut off the damage. So happy that they really listened to what I wanted and delivered. Their pricing was reasonable and the staff was super friendly. read more
