They lied, misrepresented and completely misled me in the whole process. I never received a quote for services, wasn't told what the the cost will be, explained the proceedings and never returned my phone calls. All I was told is don't worry everything will be taken care. It sure wasn't. Apex was sent to my home after a plumber suggested I go through them prior to diagnosing any leaks. Big mistake on my part. Not only would I not recommend them but prepared to totally get screwed, lied to and have no account management. I could keep writing or another two hours but you get the point. That's enough of my frustration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW - Everything Matthew said below is not only true and I even dealt with the same person how bad this company is. To make matters worse, I just received a bill for $6000 for one days work. Rediculous for what they actually did....hate them

Week 1, no work. Week 2 and 3, total of 6 hours worked. Week 4 and 5, total of 18)20 hours worked. Spent most of their time at Lowe's for supplies and gossiping. Yelling "puta" (Spanish), asking if I was still in the home, because I was going to be pissed (damage to door frame), and total lack of respect for myself, home and my health. Tyler blamed his workers for not showing up, miscommunication and blamed Lowe's for not having a product. I asked him if he had ordered the items for my bathroom and he said no, but he had seen the items on their website (Lowe's). He waited until the day before/day of to get supplies, tiles and tub for my bathroom; he didn't order anything in advance. Poor excuses and no action. I was so upset that I told them I would paint the bathroom. Over priced and poor value. Damage to rebuilt cabinet, floors, gapping between cabinets and floors, no faucet for the tub - they gave me a spigot.
