He tried to stay under our tow weight limit and explained what all of the different numbers meant as we asked about the trailers. He was knowledgeable, polite, and even made the teenager smile. We discussed numbers, and I was ready to leave when the manager stepped in to make an offer on my paid-off TRX, which has over $15,000 in high-quality upgrades, including Addictive Desert Design parts and Baja Design lights. The manager asked for my price, so I played along, saying I needed to check with my wife and wasn't set on buying. I suggested $80,000 for my TRX. He returned with an offer of $54,000, claiming he'd lowered the new truck's price so I'd only owe $30,000. Simple math: the 2025 Ram is $96,000, and my TRX at $80,000 leaves $16,000--not $30,000. His numbers didn't add up. This isn't my first bad experience locally; Victorville Motors dealership once offered me $4,000 for my Camaro SS, which I later sold privately for $15,000. I'll never do business here again. I'll take my business elsewhere for transparency and fair dealing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Selling a 2…read moreyear Unregistered bike, delinquent and penalties accruing I contacted them interested in purchasing a bike. I checked the VIN myself and the DMV calculator showed prior year registration charges and penalties included in the fees. Bike had delinquent registration from more than a year ago with penalties still accruing. I called management and they did not seem to care. Just replied "ok. Thank you" and hung up. The bike also appears to have been sitting in Del Amo inventory for months and was previously at their Redondo Beach location before being moved to Victorville. Definitely get an itemized quote and run the VIN through the DMV yourself before buying.
