Always great service when I have to ship something. The staff is excellent. I am always impressed…read morewhen the staff is helping someone and there is downtime, they will assist another customer.

First: After the incident I'm about to describe, the UPS worker who initially approached us…read more"sideways" did go out of the way while we were waiting in line to apologize and explained that apparently random people come in and set up at a table by the door without utilizing store services. That being said: I am a black female attorney who met people at this store who needed legal services that also required a witness signature, which is why we were at the store. Only one document needed to be signed in front of a witness. In the interest of time (there was a line and I had another appointment which was an hour away), the couple and I decided it would be more efficient to go through and sign the rest of the paperwork first at the work table located at the front of the store and then stand in line to wait on an available UPS clerk to sign off as a witness on the one page needed. As the couple and I had started signing paperwork at the store work table, an older Asian woman who was one of the UPS clerks comes over to the table fairly aggressively asking something to the effect of why I was "setting up shop to do business" and was questioning what we were doing at the table; I was caught off guard by how aggressively and rudely she approached us in such an "accusatory" manner and that we "weren't customers". Wellll I explained situation and that "I'm planning on being a customer" but line was long. Again-after the fact she DID apologize and explained that her reaction was due to the fact that kids or something come in who aren't customers and use table. While I understand that scenario must be frustrating, - I AM A 58 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO HAD A LARGE LEATHER PROFESSIONAL ROLLING BAG AND AN IPAD WITH TWO CAUCASIAN PEOPLE IN MY SAME AGE RANGE...however, the clerk came at ME, like I didn't belong in the store. I'm just tired right now with the state of things in the world and it would be a good idea to be more mindful of how people are approached. Maybe ASK questions first BEFORE accusing or making assumptions of people. I'm getting tired of feeling "targeted" for just trying to work and live in the world and minding my own business. Just a suggestion to be more mindful from the start, please.
