I had to put new drapery brackets in and order new hooks. Painted over needed wall repair, only sanded one spot, but had told us that walls would be repaired. Wish we had read the review.

I hired 360 Painting to completely strip old paint off of the exterior of my home, down to the bare…read morecedar siding, as well as the replacement of any rotted clapboards or shakes. It is a big job, my home is 3 levels, and 360 Painting was hired to complete the work on the upper two levels (a second story, and some gables). Things started off well. The crew was here at my house most days. By the end of the first summer, my second level was mostly completed. Thing slowed down a bit during year two, the second level was completed, and work began on the 3rd level gables. During year three, the crew only showed up for a very small handful of days. I communicated with Sarah through email that I was expecting far more work to be done during year four. She stated that they would begin work as soon as the ground was firm enough for work to begin. However, the crew did not show up at all during the year of 2020, and no further communication was sent. Therefore, I'm sure that they are likely fine for smaller jobs, I would strongly recommend looking for a significantly more reliable company to complete more difficult projects.

I notified Mike immediately upon reviewing the work that there were serious issues. Job was done and paid for 10 days ago, but Mike has been too busy to address any of the problems. Here a few of the problems Mike left me with: a. Excessive amount of paint left on my brand new floor, counter, hood vent b. Left painters on the wall in numerous places c. Failed to paint several places including: around outlets, behind blinds, kick plate in the kitchen, cabinets sides, and more. d. Not even paint used to cover doors and trims e. Paid extra for wall damage to be repaired. Numerous spot just painted over without being repaired.
