Don't trust him, after i write that comment , few people wrote to me if we can complain all together , cause they had the same problem ! I can't bread like before and my nose is almost block! Do not trust his instagram and his words! He told me you have thin skin and i love to work on thin skin,but after surgury when he saw the result,he told me ,do you want filler ? I specifically asked not to touch the tip and only shave down the hump a bit (not fully even) . When i came out of surgery he completly reconstructed the entire nose . He moved it thinking it was deviated which it wasnt and now it is , he made a inward curve and cut my nostril , inserted implant . After surgery i complained and he said he wanted to make my tip thinner but instead he made it bulbous and even a few millimeters longer , when i proved this through before and after pic given his denial, that it now fatter and bigger, he said that because you have thick skin . I got angry saying but i asked you specifically not to touch it and he ignored me . Moreover im completely against having an implant which now i do . 2 years after surgery and every person i meet who are close enough to be honest say you were pretty before and now you are ugly. This doctor tends to increase nose projections and have an unatural nasal curve( you can confirm this through his before and after pictures even) so unless that is what you are aiming for , and you r sure you will fit the mold (no thick skin,etc) because he does not take individual circumstance into consideration , he basically goes into every surgery and does the same thing to everyone , go for it , otherwise dont ! Dont even expect to rationalize with him . He will lie in your face saying you didnt tell him not to (even though i repeated more than 5 times and even just before entering the operation room) . He did not even accept to redo surgery and fix what he did .Take caution of this guy.

I live in the United States and I found Bellaplast through internet. I have relatives in Istanbul…read moreso I decided to get my nose done (I've been planning on it for a year) at Bellaplast. I made an appointment at the hospital the doctor was working with and went for a consultation/surgery. Dr Aysen showed me some pictures of her patients and explained how things will go and I instantly felt very comfortable with her cuz I really liked the natural look of the noses she did before. I got my surgery right after because of the time limits I was spending in Istanbul. The surgery took 3 hours everything went very well I woke up with no pain just a bandage on my nose. Believe it or not I could kinda see the results right then. I already had an idea what my nose will look like. I spent 1 night in the hospital and Dr Aysen came to check on me it was very sweet. The next follow up was 2 days later when Dr Aysen cleaned up the area and took the silicone tampons out which let me breath much easier. Yes and we also got a deviated septum done which wasn't planned and there was no extra charge for that. Two more days later i went to see her again to take the cast temoved and she let me take a look at my nose. I was a little scarred to see a new person in the mirror cuz I still wanted to look like myself BUT it was an absolutely beautiful nose. Even though I had a little bruising and puffiness I loved it. She put the bandade back on so the shape wouldn't change cuz it was still fresh. Ten days after surgery she took everything off and I flew back home. So the whole back to normal life thing took me only 14 days! I really really loved the doctor and the office they work at its' clean welcoming cozy and friendly staff! I am so glad I found them.
