I had a very special event to go to 10 days later. When there , the upsell started and I was talked into full face dysport for $499( 225 units). It's my fault for agreeing to it because 150 units always satisfies my needs. 5-7 days after my appointment the dreaded ledge appeared below my eyes and my crows feet turned into literally deep pleats. Consequently, I went to my event looking like someone beat me up . Today I had my 2 week follow up and Olivia, the injector as well as owner said oh the toxin must have pushed up from my lower face. Like , what? I felt I should get a refund and mentioned that but didn't press the issue. I have used injections for 25 years and have never had this disastrous result. Just beware if you are considering going to this establishment. I am so upset but just hope this wares off quickly!! In addition Olivia injected product into my jawline and I wanted product in my chin where I have lines. Just beware ! Photos are 2 weeks after treatment! Nightmare . The first tech I went to was fine, but the salon she worked at charged high prices for not as full fills/sets, plus it took at least 2 hours for a "volume" fill. Although I was happy with having lashes & feeling "ready" as soon as I wake up, I did not think I could fit a 2 hour fill in + justify spending $140+ every 2 weeks. I began to search for a new lash tech & found The Lvsh! I first went to The Lvsh for a foreign fill (because I still had my lashes from the previous salon) & April did an amazing job! She actually took me in very last minute, as I woke up with more than half of my lashes missing on one eye. I was grateful April squeezed me in for a mini/foreign fill as I speak face to face with other people for work & I couldn't imagine anyone taking me seriously with half of my eyelash extensions missing on one eye! So, special thank you to April for saving the day :) Since January, I have been going to The Lvsh for 2 week fills. April's prices are incredibly reasonable & her work is outstanding. I could definitely go more than 2 weeks, I'm sure my fills could last a month, but I love having the full & fluffy look which is why I go see her every 2-2.5 weeks. Lastly, I have to put it out there that if you ask for full, volume, fluffy, April will give you just that and maybe even more without draining your wallet lol. I was kind of desperate because I wanted to maintain my Brazilian, so I decided to search up other good rating and affordable sugaring specialists. Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. When you need cosmetic work done & you want to be Satisfied - stop by Vivida for some great free snacks & while you're enjoying the snacks, take a load off & sit while you review Other options on Yelp & Google of where to go instead of Vivida for your dermatology needs. From their $50 "consultation fee", which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 "missed appt" fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I have now Paid their "fee" and will never return again (not even for the snacks)
