I have visited other Daytona Bolt and Nut locations in the area and it's always been a good experience. After working on a modification on my RoadMaster tow bar to install my BlueOx KarGuard I found I needed two high strength shoulder bolts to mount the bracket which is a pretty unique application and something I knew I wouldn't find easily - after entering this business and being greeted by a friendly knowledgeable member of the staff it was immediately obvious that my search would continue. This bolt is highly specialized but he did some quick measurements and educated me on how this bolt is measured to ensure I get an exact fit for my application. He also recommended another local business unfortunately they were unable to help, he also recommended I try McMaster-Carr which I did and found what I needed and placed my order, however without his help I would have struggled to figure out the exact specifications and material since there were lots of options and being this could pose a safety concern I really appreciated his expertise. Ludicrous name when they DO NOT SELL FASTENERS, they only sell commercially now..why even call yourselves what you dont carry? advertise online you cater to commercial only and save us retail buyers the aggravation of driving there for hardware you sont even sell.
