A smaller boutique Spa studio that offers a wider range of services and is located in the heart of the Krakow old town city centre across from the basilica and next to Hard Rock Cafe. I was able to make a short notice appointment for a couple spa treatment with the time I wanted. Other places were booked solid (as was this one), I just lucked out. Services rendered we're the full body massage, foot massage, and a type of hydro facial treatment (forgive me not listing facial correctly). Total time was about 2.5 hours and from the moment we entered we're treated so kindly with a nice greeting seating area, water, and follow up until our room was ready. The massage team prepped us for what to do, did a great job, and let us know to patiently wait for the next team. Im sure I'm not alone for wanting more time (hehe). The facial crew entered, prepped, and explained what was to happen with minimal interruption to the ongoing ambience set in the room. The facial was equally great and left us refreshed while wanting more. The hostess staff invited us back to the seating area for water and wine while they handled another client closing out their services - and we're efficient and quick with helping us close out our services received. The hostess was very attentive to our needs and well versed with taking care of us. Highly recommend.
