I recently called this law firm in regards to a case I was seeking representation on, I was…read morereferred by other groups in Johnson City and upon talking to the lawyer I was given an answer of "Probably not" and then he started typing and asked if I needed anything else and hung up. The other law firms I talked to in Kingsport informed me I likely COULD pursue the case and possibly win, after asking a series of questions questions -- I am not impressed with a firm who answers clients with "Probably not" when trying to seek legal assistance and will be going with the Kingsport firm, even though it's an hour away... The receptionist was very helpful and other lawyers at the firm may be informative, but the lawyer I talked to was rude and obviously showed a lack of interest.
