I called 3 times (once on Tuesday 21, Wednesday the 22 and then again on Thursday) I finally spoke with a rather rude individual finally on Thursday that told me he never got my emails, and never had time to listen to the messages. I told him I wanted to book the class using a Groupon he then proceeded to tell me all his classes were booked full. At that time I informed him I was on his website looking at his class times and it was showing 3 openings available. He put me on hold and when he came back asked me to refresh the page at which time he had closed EVERYTHING. Would have love to have taken the class but not with all the scamming. I suffered a severe emergency and missed my class and following up with the company as soon as I was able to and was told that I can get zero refund or reschedule. So I am out $200+ dollars. I understand small business cant take a loss on the supplies but it isn't like they couldn't be used in another class. A full or partial refund or reschedule would've helped me a lot in a time of need due to the emergency. I realized just how easy it is to learn online and will be going that route. 1/10 overall. Edit to update: 50% off of a future class????? Like I'm going to come back when you can't give some grace for a mental health CRISIS .. not a "mental health day". I was not in a state to notify ahead of time or I would have. I didn't just forget to put you on my calendar. Just because you're a small business doesn't mean you shouldn't treat people like people if anything you should more so. That is what makes good word of mouth for small businesses. I have plenty of other sources I'd rather get help from. That have good business practice and don't steal peoples money when they're down.
