Our garage door spring broke and we couldn't get it open so we called DOD. Anthony first told us that it would be a week before service could be provided. We told the provider that one of our vehicles was currently stuck in the garage. He informed us that someone would be out this afternoon. The service provider came in on his day off to take care of our garage door. What great service! Provider showed up in a timely manner, and was ready to go to work. Assisted us with getting a vehicle out of the garage before work started. The provider told us what they would do and gave us an estimate of how long it should take to complete the job. Once the job was completed we were shown exactly what was done and reviewed the new parts.
