When I first met with Dr Caldwell and explained my needs and desires regarding my teeth, he didn't blink an eye and just got busy on making a treatment plan for me. He recently went above the initial plan in order to give me the perfect cosmetic result! He is a joy to work with... funny and kind and professional. (I did not need the lower retainers.) However, today, upon completion, I only received one retainer but was told I could purchase another one if I wanted two.
