When I went to ask for my money back he was very upset with me he said he would only do store credit . He would not even look at me at that point and was very rude and arrogant. I ended up having to order something from the book. Wich was another 900 . So he made more money off of me . When I went to pick up the chain he had a giant smile on his face because he knew I was going to pay it off and he got me again. I will never set foot in that store again. And I would tell everyone to save your self the head ache , and you guys deserve better!!!! Do not buy anything from this man unless you want to get robbed !!!
