The decisions Melanie Reichert made were extremely biased. I have since looked at the metadata and it shows that the Mediator Report was written on her daughter Emma Reichert's computer. I had to sign an Affidavit from the opposing counsel, Julie A. Camden, Esq. from Camden & Meridew P.C. Our Marital Settlement Agreement has the same unique template as the martial settlement agreement. That unique template was also used in the Mediator Report that was written on Emma Reichert's computer. Both the Affidavit and Marital Settlement Agreement were printed on one computer and the only other document signed that day was on another application. I strongly believe Ms. Reichert was using her daughters computer during our mediation to trade information with the opposing party. I lost close to everything in my mediation. My signature was used as a rape waiver to violate me any way they wanted. I personally don't believe Melanie Reichert even wrote our MSA. From the way it looks - I believe it was written by the opposing counsel and they used Emma Reichert's computer to send what they wanted in the document.

Kent started out as a CPA specializing in tax accounting, but added to his education and practice with his law degree. With both disciplines, he has gone on to specialize in estate and trust planning. We simply brought in our old documents and discussed our wishes along with the impact of the new laws. We had a few follow up communications and then a final one to sign our documents. Throughout the process, we were pleased with his professionalism as well as his friendly manner. Though he now specializes in trust and estate planning (including wills, powers of attorney, etc), his son has joined the office to handle the tax accounting. I also used his son's expertise to file an amended tax return. I am not sure if they require recommendations for new clients or not, but you definitely need to schedule an appointment to get in for either service. If you have anyone who depends upon you and you've begun building up assets for retirement, make sure that you have your documents in order to carry out your wishes and not leave your loved ones to have to figure it out/fight over what to do. For my 10k she sent one letter to my employer, one letter to me that was belligerent, condescending, insensitive, and thoroughly unprofessional. Nothing was even initiated with the EEOC. I have requested a return of money which was completely ignored. I do believe most likely I still have a malpractice suit to pursue against her. I don't want to see anyone else be 'taken' by her. I'm quite sure all of us that has engaged with her are not wealthy individuals, I certainly am not and live on a fixed income. In my case she has taken advantage of a senior citizen. The reason people initially retain her services is the fact that the State of Indiana does not have a lot of competition in her specialty. Most law firms handle corporate law on the behalf of the corporation, not on the behalf of the employee or former employee. I'm quite surprised the Indiana Bar Association hasn't investigated her practice or perhaps they are currently. My initial mistake was not contacting them but this is about to change. Yes, I'm disgruntled and for good reason. I truly don't want to see others lose a lot of money for nothing that I couldn't have done myself. In this economy we must be prudent with our money.
