They after a couple years the roof started to leak all over. They came and told me the screws had backed out so they tightened them. A couple years later the same thing. This year there were several more bad leaks they came and "tightened" screws again, but it still leaked. Joe told me it looked like a rafter was sagging from moisture and that is why it was leaking. Later i found a panel that was over lapped incorrectly and that was causing one of the leaks. I let them know but they haven't got back to me. I had another roofing contractor look at the roof. He said not only wast that panel incorrect but the roof it self was not installed to the manufacturer specifications and that it would always no mater how many times they tighten the screws. The only fix it to replace the roof and install it correctly.

Jason & his team handled every issue they came across with professionalism and kept me fully informed of all issues. They even found an issue from a previous roofing job and fixed it! I also had a gutter issue that caused massive flooding at the foundation every time it rained. Jason & his crew fixed it and I no longer have flooding! I can't recommend Teflon Roofing enough. They by far are the best of the best and do a phenomenal job. You will get guidance on the best color & material for your roof. I didn't have a single piece of metal, trash, or hardware to pick up either! No punctured car tires here! As if all of this isn't enough, Jason goes above and beyond with honesty, integrity, professionalism, pricing, & craftsmanship. As a woman, I get a lot of companies that give me the go around and try to gouge me or charge for unnecessary items. There was no BS with Jason. He was upfront and honest. I without hesitation will be using Teflon Roofing for all future projects for myself, my family, & friends.

First time they came during an ice storm in Jan/Feb because our well pump had issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it promptly fixed. We also happened to need all our mechanicals serviced so he also serviced the UV system & furnace while there. While he was out and because our property was soooo thick with ice, he brought with him a few bags of melting salt for our icy walkways. Today, we had him back and (again) he lived up to his 5 star rating by replacing a sump pump and widening the well so that we could use a pump large enough that is suitable for it's location as we live across the street from a huge and gorgeous creek - but with that, comes water tables even though we are elevated beyond the flood plain. This new system will help channel the water out of the basement.
