Yipes ... once again, actually twice again I have been bamboozled. I left it at the warehouse and am hoping they refund me for their mistake at best, false advertising/fraud at worst. Again .. only buy what you SEE PHOTOGRAPHED because they don't check inside the boxes, and they tend to err on the side of 'more valuable.' My other issue was late last month, I won an 'appears new, overstock item, never sold' Christmas tree, only to get it home to find one giant section missing and no base. (also, clearly a customer return because it still had the guy's return address on the box) No biggie, $15 and a Saturday of driving. I bid on the same tree a few weeks later and got it for $20, and between the two of them, I Frankensteined together a reasonable tree. I never complained about the tree, but I've written to customer service about the wrong chair, which I left at the warehouse and I hope someone figures out quick enough to offer it as a 2nd chance to the people I was bidding against ... and give me my money back.

I am still waiting on 2 damaged table chairs that were delivered 2 months ago (replacements were to be sent with the original dresser delivery since that item was delayed due to not being in stock). A couch cushion was also supposed to be replaced, they delivered a right sided back cushion that should have been left-sided. I am still waiting, 2 months later. My initial order also included an electric massaging chair. It was delivered, but no attempt was made to even get it out of the box. We were told it wouldn't fit through the door. The store called to inquire why it was returned and not delivered. They said it was actually 2 pieces, not one, and should have been able to be delivered & the 2 pieces were to be assembled in the area I had set aside. The one piece of furniture I really wanted, the massage chair, was a total disappointment. I had taken the time to rearrange the room to make space for it. I would NOT recommend Bob's Discount Furniture. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and shop at a reputable furniture distributor. For a $10,000 order, I feel really cheated.
