My friend is getting married soon so a few of us went to David's Bridal to try on wedding dresses. We had no appointment but on a Monday afternoon we were the ONLY customers there. We were greeted and the ladies in the front were very nice asking to get our future bride into a fitting room. While the bride and a friend was talking to the ladies in the front me and another friend went to go look in the clearance section at some dresses because we had a good general idea of size and look on what she wanted. As we're browsing we get yelled at by an older woman working there to go sit down in front of the fitting rooms and we had to stop looking at those dresses. Taken by surprise my friend and I followed her back to the fitting rooms and sat down. She sized the bride and then we saw her go right back to the section we were just at and pulled a few dresses from there. There were 4 girls there to help out and check in on our friend while she's going in and out of dresses but we were pushed aside and she was the only one allowed to push her way into the fitting room while she was changing. So we just sat there while she tried everything on and gave opinions on how we liked the dresses. Completely ruined our experience honestly. After asking 2-3 times if she had specific dresses like the one pictured below she kept bringing satin, no lace, tight dresses that we didn't like and it wasn't until the bride didn't try on the next dress and asked specifically for another one like that one she liked for the worker to say "oh I'm sorry there's no other ones beside that one, we could've ordered one but you waited for too long". And after that we decided to leave because those were the dresses we came looking for. After that I had to ask for permission to go browse the dresses on clearance which was always allowed as this was still a store and I asked for the size of the dress pictured. She responded with "it's a 10 and only the clearance ones on the back wall" this is where we were originally looking at in the very beginning of the process... Not sure if buying a dress from here is worth the hassle of the bad service and disrespect from the workers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience at this David's Bridal location while ordering a bridesmaid dress. I know this review is long, but I would take the time to read it if you're considering coming here. What should have been a simple process turned into a mess of poor communication, body shaming, and outright dishonesty. I was measured in-store by Stephanie Martinez and told I was a size 0. When the dress arrived, it didn't fit anywhere--waist, hips, straps, or length. I was then told by the alterations associate, Lily, that it would cost $183.81 to alter the dress, nearly the cost of the $200 dress itself. This clearly shows I was either mismeasured or sold a size that was never going to fit me properly. (Reluctantly I paid for the alterations, since I need the dress to fit for my friend's wedding) Immediately after leaving the store, I called to express my concerns and see if anything could be done. When I got the chance to speak to a manager, Lindsey, she blamed my body--telling me "all bodies are different" and "bodies fluctuate"--instead of acknowledging a mistake. She also told me a general manager would follow up, but when I called back, I was told there is no general manager. I later received a call from Lindsey again, this time not identifying herself and pretending to be someone else. When I asked for help, she told me under no circumstances would I receive a refund--I could either go through with the alterations or pick up the dress, but my money was gone. Feeling defeated and under pressure, I agreed to the alterations, not wanting my money to be completely wasted. However, I decided I wanted to go somewhere else after this experience was so upsetting. I tried to cancel the alterations within 15 minutes, but I was told it was too late because the alterations had already started--another lie. I decided to come in that night with my sister-in-law, her parents, and my brother to see what alterations had been done. Juana, another manager, told me she would "just take the pins out" and then handed me the dress--clearly showing nothing had been done. When I had calmly asked to see the dress and asked if anything could be done to resolve the situation, Juana became extremely defensive. She accused my family of being "threatening," even pointing directly at my sister-in-law. She told me she would've worked with me if I had handled it differently--but if something could be done, why wasn't anything offered when I had asked calmly and respectfully for help multiple times over the phone? My family and I were nothing but polite and composed. Now, I have an unaltered dress that doesn't fit, and I've been charged for alterations that never happened. I was misled, pressured, and treated with blatant disrespect. Brides and bridal parties deserve better. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went in to look at dresses and the woman who "helped" me came off a bit condescending and rude. When I let her know I wasn't a bride yet she gave up trying to help me even though she easily could have let me know where the style of dress I was interested in, was. There were only two brides being helped and 2-3 stylists standing around but I wasn't offered assistance. Just overall it seemed weird to deny me service. I'll be engaged soon and won't be coming to this location for my dress. read more

Went in to pick up my bridesmaids dress and the experience was horrible they just hand you the dress. They don't offer you to try it on to make any alterations and if you ask to try it on to see if any alterations need to be made, they leave you alone. Can't find anyone to help you as they are all standing around a register. It's like once you buy the dress they no longer care. I will not be going back to find dresses for my bridesmaids. read more

Overall experience wasn't very pleasant. Spoke to 2 different associates one of which was the Manager Malinda. The were very quick to say everything you can't do instead of educating the customer on how they show case the wedding dresses/gowns. The energy with the location was very negative and made the experience less enjoyable which made us walk away and go elsewhere. read more

The word horrible doesn't do this shop justice. Everything about the experience was absolutely aweful. None of the workers listened to any feedback i gave on the dresses. The were repeatedly having me try on the same styles regardless of how many times I stated I didn't like it. Not to mention the 2 ladies I worked with would hound me about not having a particular reason for not liking a dress. Women know that when you put something on and it just doesn't feel right, it just doesn't feel right. sometimes there isn't a particular thing about it that you dislike, it's just the overall item you know? I left this shop almost in tears because the workers made me feel as if i was being too picky and like i would never find the dress i dreamed of. The entire time I was here I felt like all the workers cared about was selling me something. Nothing about this place felt comfortable. Safe to say I went to a different bridal shop and had the most amazing experience and found the dress of my dreams... This David's Bridal shop is absolutely horrifying. I stopped in after work at the nearby hospital, to look for a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding (last minute purchase). I walked in and was met with a friendly smile and request how they could help. Before you know it I picked out roughly 5 dresses and was taken to the fitting room. Every Associate was helpful from assisting with a zip or taking a photo to send my hubby to help with the decision. Jenny and Brianna were extremely helpful, I honestly couldn't have completed my find and purchase without them. They went above and beyond and are truly an asset to the organization. Riverside David's I don't know what I would have done without Carolina Esparza and Tania Montoya at the Riverside David's Bridal! Carolina single-handedly salvaged any future business with David's...although I will only shop at the Magnolia/Riverside store from now on. I definitely learned my lesson - just because it's a business with several chains, if one store's management is awful you are likely to be a unhappy customer at that location (i.e. Vista) I truly didn't have a lot of hope after having such a horrible encounter at the Vista store (see review link below) and awful experience trying to access/utilize the "customer service" number - total waste of time. A completely opposite experience with Carolina and Tania. Not only were they professional (never threw their Vista colleagues under the bus), they were also unbiased in their resolution to my complaint and used common sense in their approach. They are an awesome management team that understands the foundation of running a business...like treat your customers right and recommendations/word of mouth is better than marketing/advertising. The entire business suffers if management doesn't know how to be rational, fair, accurately enforce policies, and successfully problem solve. Well, you don't have to worry about that at the Riverside store - Carolina and Tania get it amd aren't afraid to be leaders in their region. This review is a big thank you to Lily, the seamstress I had in alterations. I chose a dress where the back was entirely open and only had thin pearl strands. Lily understood how I needed it to be more modest and created the most beautiful dress ever! She basically created a whole new back piece that hid my bra in the back and anything from the sides, and added a zipper that went more up which held the dress to my small frame. She added sleeves similar to cap sleeves to give me a princess look! I even told her how I wanted a big dress so Lily made me a custom hoop petticoat! She is honestly the best! So patient, so kind, so friendly! She understands what you want and delivers! At the end of my dress journey, we became such great friends! I told her I only trust her with my dress and I'm so happy I did! Thank you again and again Lily! **I'll post pics of it once I wear it on my big day :) read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 pm I got there at 2:50 no one helped me until I approached the manager. Then the consultant comes over I had the dresses I wanted to try on in hand minus one I had told an associate over the phone 3 dresses I wanted, I guess one was not in stock. I get to the room and the employee never came back, never offered measurements, shape wear, or every to ask how I was. They didn't want to help because I wanted to keep my dresses under $300. The customer service was so bad I literally walked out the store just as unnoticed as I walked in. They sure know how to make a bride feel special. I'd leave zero stars if possible read more

I was a little nervous about re-visiting a David's Bridal because my first experience was not a good one. I called this store in Riverside and Tanya the general manager assured me we would all be taken care of. She sure did keep her word, she did a fantastic job at taking care of all my bridesmaids and I. She appointed several ladies to help us and all of my girls got their dresses on the same day!! Everyone at this store is amazing!! We unfortunately had to make changes to our dresses because the style we had chosen would not be available on time (totally our fault). However Paula, Erin, and the whole team help us find a bridesmaid dress that would be available for all of us in the correct color. They even made corrections to the dresses that were already purchased in other stores. Believe me they were the only store that took the challenge and made it work. read more

I walked in - no appt, no strapless bra, not ready at all & not really confident. Literally everyone at this store was so helpful, positive and fun--it made my experience that much better! Katelyn greeted us, explained where everything was & sent a consultant our way; she was so nice and genuinely attentive -- that first interaction helped me feel at ease. Victoria was our consultant. She let me take my time browsing for dresses that fit my style, never rushing me & regularly checking on me. After trying on a few dresses, she sweetly asked if I'd like to pick out more dresses or if I'd like her to grab some. I wasn't really into the other dresses and I felt very insecure. Victoria was patient with me & with every dress made me feel like I looked amazing! Girrrrl, I ended up picking one of the dresses that Victoria suggested & I love it! (& we love her!!) AND she was tending to another client at the same time as us and I never felt like she was out of touch with us bcz she kept checking in with us. AND Victoria gave me space and time to really think about the dress -- I'm so grateful for that, esp since I am a thinker & really needed that to feel comfortable with my purchase. Carolina, the manager, who would occasionally check in (as well as Katelyn), helped seal the deal. She pinned everything down & made me look more flattering. She even got down to buckle my heels' straps (service & leadership right there). Not to mention that her banter with Victoria cracked my sister & me up! And my sister was cracking jokes with them. I felt like I wanted to apply for a job there. Hahaha. Lastly, at check out, we were laughing and talking with Victoria, Carolina & some of the other consultants. It was a memorable trip for sure! And even amidst the instant camaraderie, Victoria took the time to go over everything on my receipt, have another consultant (congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!) help me book an alterations appt, and offer me a cuter bag, which I did purchase which was well worth it AND I got a discount (on shoes, strap, dress & the bag! Girl, bye!). Thank You to the beautiful ladies at this establishment. I fully didn't expect to get a dress (my wedding is in 1 month) and I absolutely did not expect the amazing experience I had here at this David's Bridal (I've been to many others over the years, and this by far has the sweetest consultants & staff). So grateful for the experience that we had today with Jenny and Caroline,especially after the terrible experience we had at the Ontario location. We were in a crunch to find dresses for our sisters wedding at the end of this month since our original dresses didn't work out.Jenny was so kind , helpful and patient and was able to help us find the perfect dresses. The store manager Caroline was also so helpful in correcting the errors and misinformation that the Ontario location made .She took ownership of the situation even though they were not mistakes her store made and made sure that we left happy and taken care of. Have had the best experiences here. 4 separate visits. (For my wedding dress, the bridesmaids, the moms, then junior bridesmaids and flower girl) and they were all equally what I needed. The David's Bridals in Riverside was amazing. We went in there to look for a simple dress for my daughter who is having a courthouse wedding. When we arrived, she was saying she wanted to leave becausethe dresses were too fancy for a courthouse. We were assigned Hannah to help my daughter find a dress. She worked with my daughter to find the perfect dress and accessories. She was so nice, funny, and absolutely wonderful through the whole process. We went from something my daughter was dreading, to having such a wonderful experience. She really deserves to be recognized for doing such a good job, and going the extra mile. Today , I went back to David bridal as I was just not happy with my wedding dreSs I initially picked . The service I received was absolutely amazing!! Aly was very knowledgeable and made me feel like a million dollars ! She was on top of everything and made sure I had everything I need to feel special in the dress I was picking ! Tiffany is a pro at making a bride feel comfortable. She wasn't pushy at all (because who wants a pushy sales person when they are looking for the wedding dress of their dreams?) and she was very sincere in all our conversations, including when I expressed my initial uncertainty of not knowing which dress I wanted to choose. Tiffany did not pressure us and made me and my bridal party feel welcome-- she was a delight to work with. She was so helpful, I would definitely recommend that when you come to this David's Bridal location, ask for Tiffany! read more

Jenny, the manager, was as helpful and accommodating as anyone could have been. She saved me when the dress I ordered did not come in right. With only 4 weeks until my daughter's wedding, she reordered it for me and waived the rush charges. She was HAPPY to help and had the best attitude. I would recommend her for all your needs!! I would only go into the store knowing that she was there and could help me - the BEST!! read more

Lots of miscommunications. Had to get another dress somewhere else, because the dress I ordered did not arrive on time. By the time the dress was ready to be picked up, they said it's been picked up! Had to argue that it wasn't, only for them to take it back and said the dress was found but it's still not ready. At this point, I just wanna get the dress I paid for. Came back again after a couple of weeks after being notified that its ready to be picked up, only to be told the same BS story that the dress had been picked up! Had to argue again, finally they found the dress! Horrible experience! Would never get anything from this store! So unorganized and unprofessional! Bought 3 dresses, all the same bad experience. If I can put 0 stars I would. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache. read more

Everyone in the alterations department is very friendly and listen to what you need. I had my wedding dress altered and asked for them to add a different material to the lining on the mesh part on the neck because it was irritating my skin and they were very creative and fixed it with shear ribbon. It fits great and doesn't irritate my skin anymore. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was on my way to my appointment to pick it up and I got a phone call saying the dress wasn't ready and I had to wait a few hours to come back and pick it up. Other than that they are helpful and friendly. And quality work! read more

OMG! The staff at this location is just amazing. Had my bridal session to find a dress for my big day (which is approaching fast). Sarah was simply the best!! I went in not really sure what I wanted and I ended up finding the most amazing dress that I never would have guessed would be exactly what I was looking for! The manager here is amazing, she made sure to introduce herself to me and my family and when she heard that the wedding was so soon she was such a big help in making sure my dress will be here in time! If I could give David's bridal 10 stars I would. We headed in yesterday. My youngest daughter for her wedding gown , three bridesmaids and three babies under three. This is the third daughter that had picked a dress from David's. Mia helped us yesterday. She was so GREAT. She was patient and sweet and very helpful. The babies were all over and sometimes fussy. But Mia didn't skip a beat. Poor girl probably went home with a headache and telling her family about these crazy ladies that came in with babies to dress shop. Lol Thank you again Mia!!! read more

I love this place!!!! I am not an easy buyer I'm very picky and when I made this appointment I was already thinking I would spent all day going to other stores to look for a dress but I didn't!!! I was very surprised! In less than an hour which I had a full out with Lexie I found the perfect dress for my sisters wedding... maid of honor and I I was doing things last min.. Lexie was super sweet kind and very helpful she made me feel comfortable gave me a lot of options and assisted me in whatever I needed with ... So I give this Davids Bridal 5 stars not because the store is amazing but because the staff! So I went here first to look at dresses and personally I think they have some great dresses but I mean let's just be honest not the best. Especially when you can find dresses that are better quality for lower. But hey it's a great starting place if you ask me! So that's where I began. Well I was fortunate enough to go on a Thursday afternoon where it was empty! So I got to be with my bridal consultant Megan one on one!! That's the downside to Davids Bridal! If you go at a time it's crowded you have to share your appointment! Boooo!!! They need to change that! Megan was really great! It was Thursday and I had purchased the dress two weeks ago. It was a perfect fit until that day, I lost 2 inches and the dress was too big. I was floating in it and the boobs looked droopy...not a good look. So we decided to drive to Riverside which was a hour away and rest until the wedding rehearsal at 3pm on Friday. Thank Goodness for Yesenia and her team, they saved me from looking like a hot mess. I had called and explained the circumstances of what have occurred. I lost weight and needed a smaller dress. They had saved one for me so I would not have to worry. Thank you for the kind consideration. I came in and tried on the smaller size....perfect fit and no worries. Ready for the wedding of our Aunt. I could have pictured myself walking down the aisle with one dress in particular, but I chose to take my business elsewhere. "We have another bride coming ," is what she told me when I asked to try something else on. No one ever came through the door. I had 10 mins left, but it's fine. I'm excited to learn from mistakes and not trust fake Yelp reviews, and yes, I expect her to reply to this saying that I was somehow the problem.

She had to wear it for one competition and now she can no longer wear it because the dress is absolutely destroyed, and she was too embarrassed on the floor after seeing the pictures of herself in the dress now that this shop has ruined a brand new gown. My daughter never even got to wear the dress prior. What are you doing? This woman is all about money as she charged me $400 just to hem a dress a couple of inches. Instead, she chopped the dress off, uneven and way too short in areas. She also chopped off the liner and the outer layer at different links so it's uneven all the way around and way way too short in some areas! It was a multiple day process where she made excuse after excuse and I had to ultimately take the dress after paying $400 when the original cost was $550 but I was able to talk her down prior to her starting the project. This woman is a ripoff, she's a fraud, she even explained how she knows how to get negative reviews off of yelp by telling yelp that these people that are leaving the reviews were never her customers and then it's just one person trying to retaliate. As you can see, I have picture proof that my daughter was a customer in her shop and she's even in the pictures with my daughter! Please please please don't take your dresses here she will destroy them! She told us not to get it cleaned or steamed and I know now that's because she steamed the outer layer to stretch it, trying to make it longer and if we clean it or steam it, it's going to shrink back up to the shortened length that she messed up. Ok so be prepared to READ!!!! First off I just want to thank David's Bridal for making my whole dress shopping experience such a breeze. All the girls were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Tanya was the one I believe I made my purchase with! My stylist was Jacqueline, and my alterations specialist was Romana (roman? I'm so sorry I forgot!). They were both so KIND with me. I'm a very shy and timid girl and I have a lot of self confidence issues but the whole journey with them I did not feel self conscious at all! Jacqueline helped me pick the PERFECT dress for my wedding reception after quite a few trial and error. (She let me try on like 10 dresses ppl that's GENEROUS!) I had a really small budget of 300 for everything including accessories and I was able to get everything I wanted. After alterations off course and your undergarments and veil you spend maybe double of your dress but it's so worth it to have the piece of mind. After finding the dress we made an appointment right away for a fitting considering my wedding is next month. Maria and Romana did everything possible to make this dress perfect for Me. I am eternally grateful for their patience and kindness. I only had one Bridesmaid with me so the Davids bridal team definitely helped fill in the gap when we chose the dress and fitted the dress!Romana was very gentle when pinning the dress and was not aggressive at all which I've hear stories about other salons that are like that. She did the best she could to save me money in alterations knowing my budget and not being judgmental at all. I cant say enough about especially one employee that works at this location. Her name is Rony. I cant think of one word to describe her she is absolutely amazing. I am actually wearing my mothers gown in my wedding, FYI this gown is 32 years old but absolutely gorgeous, so now you are thinking what was I doing at this store? ... well my brother is getting married in march and my wedding is in November and I am a brides maid in my brothers wedding. Rony was the first person I met at this Davids Bridal and I don't ask for anyone else but her. She made me feel like the most important person in the world she goes above and beyond customer service to make sure that you are completely satisfied on what you want. She never tries to push you into buying anything for no reason but she always makes sure you never make a mistake on buying the wrong thing to go with your gown or the way something may fit. She is honest, has an amazing personality and I am always excited when I go to this davids bridal because number 1 I get to catch up with her lol,,, and number 2 I know I will walk out with exactly what I want, I will be happy with it, and I will have a great experience. Weddings alone are stressful and maybe not everyone can have such an amazing experience as I did but if you read this, just give Rony a chance because maybe if you might not find exactly what you want you will probably want to go back to get anything to go with your dress because Rony is just that awesome. I came to David's Bridal 3 times. From my first experience, Susanne was my bridal consultant and she did above and beyond what I could've asked for! She hustled and listened to the details I asked for, and didn't act impatient or annoyed if I couldn't decide or didn't like the dresses after I got them on. Instead she ran for the next, feeling confident she could find the perfect match. My second experience was when I came to pick up my dress and set an appointment with alterations. I was concerned with adding to my dress and the woman at the front desk (don't remember her name) and a woman from alterations named Genesis were more then helpful and reassured me that they would be able to help me make my dress perfect! They even took me back to alterations to show me some options even though it wasn't my alterations appointment yet! When coming back for my appointment with alterations I felt like I had to shop again for a different dress that already had the alterations that I wanted included. Susanne was my bridal consultant again, and she once again exceeded my expectations! She encouraged me when I said that I was feeling overwhelmed, and even made comments that she was glad that I was smiling during moments that I would laugh. It made me feel like she cared about my experience with the company and not only that but with her as an associate of the store. I would recommend booking with Susanne. So I had the best experience at this davids bridal it was worth the drive for me from Temecula.I originally went to a different store a while back and found a dress that looked good so I bought it but then I gained a lil weight and it didn't fit so I was frustrated and didn't know what to do because I knew they didn't do returns so I ended up talked to Jessica when I called this store in riverside and she made me feel so much better and how I could come in and they would figure it out for me, which they did and more. I can't explain to everyone enough how helpful and amazing they were especially the three woman that helped me Tania the store manager and Jessica the assistant manager was awesome and I can't forget the woman who helped me find my dress and try them on Katy she was new but definitely a big help. I came to this location with my MOH because she wanted to take advantage of the sale that was ending. Neither of us knew that we needed an appt. Oops, honest mistake. They got us in, no problem, it was fine. My MOH tried on her dress, it was perfect, she bought it. BUT the stylist started hounding ME about not having tried on a dress. I did not want to try on a dress that day. I didn't have the people there that I wanted to be there, I was not in the correct headspace, i didn't have my hair or makeup done, I just wasn't there for me that day, I wasn't prepared. So the stylist started lecturing myself and and my MOH, "Youre the MOH how can you NOT have made her try on a dress yet?!" She stressed me out, so I grabbed a few, tried them on and it was not the feeling that I hoped for when trying on a wedding dress, it wasn't fun. She just kept pressuring me and I didn't like it. The ladies here are awesome!!! I was out running errands and saw this place and decided to pop in and see if they had anything I would want for a New Years Eve party that I'm attending. They were kind enough to take me even though I had not made an appointment. The two at the welcome desk, Ashley and Annie were so friendly and welcomed me right in. and the manager Jesenia (im so sorry if i misspelled that) was so dedicated in searching to see if the dress I loved could be ordered. I just had to write a good review because there were some ladies in the store that were not very nice and if they leave something mean I want to combat that. The stylists do have to work with more than one customer at a time but that did not change their service at all. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Riverside David's Bridal, especially Katie B. On my first day of wedding dress shopping I had an appointment at a different bridal salon... it was awful. They were understaffed, the dresses were poor quality and the service was less than ideal (sitting for 30 minutes in a dressing room while the only 2 staff stood around gossiping). My sister calle daround and was able to find an appointment at David's Bridal. From the minute I walked in they were attentive, listened to my needs and made suggestions that helped me decide what I wanted, not what they wanted. I just picked out my dream wedding dress, my experience was amazing. Mariah assisted me every step of the way and took all of my needs into consideration. I was very worried because my wedding is in less than 3 weeks and my budget was not very high, so i was worried i would not be able to find a beautiful dress. my daughter and I were in there on Saturday September 3, 2016. We had a young lady assigned to helping us chose our dresses for my sons wedding. Her name was Kolbie, she was very sweet and patient with my daughter and myself. We both came in there feeling a little insecure but Kolbie quickly turned that around and made us feel welcome and comfortable as we tried on dresses. I completely love this place as soon as i walked in i felt very welcomed. But the main person who made me feel so special was Seja. She was extremely AMAZING! She showed me alot of different types of dresses and took them to the fitting room for me while I got dressed she would go and also help other people. But as she was working with two people she still managed to be there when I needed her she was very helpful, caring and such a special person. I'm so glad I got her to help me find my dress she kept asking if I was okay when I started crying because I found the right dress. Jaqueline was absolutely amazing! We went in looking for a wedding dress as well as two bridesmaid dresses and were treated very kindly by Jaqueline the entire time. Not only did she walk us through the entire process of finding a dress, trying it on, and setting up an appointment with the seamstress for the bride but as well as for the bridesmaids. Throughout our entire stay Jaqueline made us feel very welcomed and it was very clear that she knew what she was doing. She handled every situation with absolute poise and truly made our experience at David's Bridal one to remember! We will definitely be going back and sending any future brides to Jaqueline! I went to David's Bridal in Riverside, Ca. My mother and I had the best experience with our Sales Gal her name was Roni, She was so helpful and really made me feel like a Bride to be. She pulled out a few dresses for me that she thought would be beautiful on me and I really like one especially but I ended up walking out of there with the very dress I first initially looked when we started to look around. I had decided against that dress at first cause I thought I couldn't afford it but then Roni talked me into running my credit for a David Bridal credit card and low and behold she was right and I walked out there with my dream dress. Came in to Davids Bridal to look at prom dresses with my daughter, (I'm a single Father) So I was out of my elimite to say the least, We signed in and was told Roni would be with us shortly, so we started looking around and found a few dresses we liked, Roni came over and greeted us, As a father I voiced my concerns about the dresses I was ok with, Roni put me at ease and showed us a few more dresses, My daughter tried on a few and we finally found one we both agreed on, Roni was extremely help full and made us feel very comfortable, my all around review is that this is a very good store, managed well with trained staff , people like Roni and the other staff made this a easy shopping experience for us and We thank you Kyle read more

Came in with my friend last week who's a bride but we are looking for my dress and we're greeted by brittney. Started off ok, told us someone would be over, but after we were sent into the dresses for about 15 minutes of wandering without help I went to the front where her and another employee were talking about other staff. I let the bride know that we wouldn't be getting much help because they'd rather stay up front and we should find somewhere else to look with better service. I get being upset about coworkers but when you're suppose to be helping someone you probably should stop talking when they walk up. We won't be returning. We went across the street and were given better attention. read more

I went in to David's Bridal on August 20, 2015 and I said YES to the dress! Faizah helped me find the perfect dress! She was extremely helpful and enthusiastic! Faizah was patient and took the time to figure out what I wanted to wear on my big day. She had a great personality and made me feel comfortable. She even got veils and shoes for me to try on to help give me the "full look." It was a wonderful experience and I recommend that anyone who goes there makes an appointment with Faizah! I might also add that I got my dress on sale (I had twelve hours left to order for sale price) and it was an absolute win! Thank you Faizah and thank you David's Bridal! read more

Love this place! It was a last minute wedding and I came in as a very undecided bride, found Raymond Zachary, who help me get to the gown that i absolutely love he was patience and try his best to provide me with different gowns that came close to what I was looking for And found it. Then, for alterations Lani Nguyen she went beyond just fixing my dress but make me feel confident the dress was getting fix and was going to get done right .... and it did ! she took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. My consultant was Roni! she was really nice, friendly and very helpful. she actually picked my bridesmaids dress. i had a great experience here. my consultant knew what she was doing and she also gave me more choices to pick than the ones i had in mind and thanks to Roni we picked a bridesmaid dress. davids bridal from ontario it has a really bad service, the consultant i had in the other store had like two or three more brides and she was never with me giving me choices.. so i recommend you to go to davids bridal in Riverside they have great consultants and they are very welcoming. ask for RONI she's a great person and she knows her stuff. read more

I had an appointment today at 3pm a young lady named Brooke was my bridal dress consultint and she was awesome... Treated me with great customer service and it was so good.. My mother and best friend who are gonna needs dresses also wanted her card.. Brooke made me feel like I was special and worked with me every step of the way... I'm not a small person and she still made me feel like I was a princess.. I had a way better time here than one of those places at the mall... I do have another appointment in L.A. but I am sure I'll be back for that dress #2... Thank you again Brooke for making my day youre an awesome person.. read more

This David's Bridal is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and they have a great dress selection. I went to another David's Bridal and they did not have the dresses I wanted to try on. I am glad it didn't work out because my experience at the Riverside David's Bridal was amazing (like you see in the movies)! The store manager (Tina Montoya) was very sweet and helpful. Stephanie was also very personable and wanted to make sure I was walking out of there with my dream dress. The alterations manager (Ivlin) even helped so that I knew I was ordering the right size dress. I highly recommend going to this David's Bridal! read more

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Davids Bridal in Riverside. The representative I spoke with, Juana, was incredibly rude, threatening, and disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, they resorted to aggressive behavior and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I am genuinely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I hope that the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that other customers do not have to endure similar mistreatment. read more
