A friend was worried about my mother after she wasn't answering her phone. She called 911, and the EMT's busted in through the front door of my mother's house to make sure she was ok. ~ Turns out she had gone off to a doctors appointment. Well... The deadbolt was bent at a 45 degree angle. I called David, and sent him some pictures. He was able to get out to the house within a half hour. He managed to replace the deadbolt, and jerrymander the door so that we could close and lock it. David was a Godsend. I cannot sing his praises enough. Contacted David on Sunday afternoon, 8/9 for a quote to rekey three locks. Got the quote back in less than an hour on Sunday afternoon, this is outstanding. He was booked until Wednesday, due to the emergency, he agreed to visit my house at the end of Monday when all his appointments have been taken care of. I got a call from him a little bit after 5PM on Monday, all his appointments are done, he is heading my way. After he had a chance to check all three keys, he told me that the locks are smart locks which can be rekeyed without removing the core. He said he is going to rekey the first one, and I will finish the rest, so I will only be charged for one lock plus keys. He then showed me how to rekey the first lock, and watched me finishing the other two. David is very professional, customer oriented, and honest. I will definitely contact him in the future when I need a locksmith. read more
